So far great feeling emotions (strong energy) being here relaxing thinking only of myself and my well being. No negative thoughts just my own peace beauty and calm. My massage was so great I wanted to remain she was wonderful I felt comfortable and she gave off great energy my dream was that the room looked like it felt, tranquil image a room with a fireplace in it or projected on the walls or running water, image laying face down seeing fish underneath the floor while you receive your massage. That would get steady clientele. I wanted to see that and so I envisioned it!

I believe this was the location I went too. My partner surprised me with my first massage for my birthday. I was made a believer! This place took great care of me and led me through the choices of my service. It’s really neat that I could make my experience my own with different aromatherapy and music. I believe my masseuses name was Tracey? She was gentle but thorough and made me feel very comfortable for my first time. She asked me questions before to learn what my needs were and she delivered. I felt very relaxed and content afterwards. Will definitely be back and once I can afford it maybe I’ll make it a regular thing!

Critical: CommunicationI was a member of Massage Envy but had to cancel recently due to the financial aspect of the membership. I had sessions left over and was not informed of them having an expiration date until a week before they expired. The staff encouraged me to transfer the credits I was unable to use. After transferring a 90 minute session I was charged $20, I called and the staff told me that this was the transfer fee. I was never informed of this when I was encouraged to transfer my sessions. Massage Envy persuades you to get a membership then doesn’t communicate with their customers and charges for every little thing. I had sessions left over and was not informed of them having an expiration date until a week before they expired. The staff encouraged me to transfer the credits I was unable to use. I receive massage thereby as part of my recovery, and so it is prescribed therapy. I would really like to give this location 5 stars, but I’m soured by the fact they do not take insurance, and although tipping is recommended, I feel obligated, by the counter staff, at the end of the session to leave a large tip. I feel if it is prescribed, and not just for the sake of having a massage, tipping shouldn’t be required. I don’t tip at the chiropractors nor do they ask you to.

My wife and I have both been going to Massage Envy in Hilliard over the last year. We have never had a bad experience there and the people at the front desk have always been very friendly, helpful and courteous to us, even when we have needed to cancel or change appointments.

Warning…the owner at this location is a complete fraud. I was a loyal member of Massage Envy for over 5 years, including 3 at this location. I moved out of the area and did not like the therapists in my new area. I was getting the run around at that location on how to cancel the membership and finally was referred to this since it was still my home location. I tried and informed them of my intent to cancel and was routinely told I had to speak to only the manager. I now live out of state and her schedule and mine never seemed to align. We finally did and I was REPULSED by her lack of customer service. Not only would she refuse to refund my 3.5 massages left, she claimed that I never told them that I wanted to cancel. That’s complete BS. Her team is NOT TRAINED on how to handle this clearly and she refused to accept any responsibility. Now I am left to get involved with the class action lawsuit or look at other legal options simply because she refused to do her job of taking care of a customer. There is a reason that there is a class action lawsuit against them. Look it up, as it covers situations exactly like what I experienced. While my experience here was good up until this happened, I cannot in good conscience recommend this chain and certainly not this location to anyone!

I just had a massage at Massage Envy in Hilliard as a Mother’s Day gift from my kids. I have to tell you, it was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I got an aromatherapy upgrade on top of the massage and it was incredible. I think this is the best massage I have ever received. Great place! Can’t wait to come back.

Melissa is hands down the best mesuse I have ever found. And anyone who complains about the membership here is questionable, I’m sorry but the staff is trained to explain the policy to everyone – no cancellations or refunds – you choose to sign the paper. It’s not a scam and they don’t try to sneak you into it, but yes they are salespeople. Don’t sign up for the membership if you don’t get frequent massages. On the other hand, if you have chronic pain like me and want to come in regularly, the membership is a wonderful way to get affordable massages on a regular basis.
