Massage Envy

Critical: ProfessionalismBEWARE* Went for a facial it was nice being it was my first time getting one done, great therapist she was very intelligent and professional. Went again on a good day, for a basic massage which was too a good experience. The second massage therapist was also cool as well, and professional. Only issue is I was charged twice for a good amount because Massage Envy is costly which is fine. The manager and her front desk weren’t professional at all. Instead of them being honest about the charges they do not acknowledge the charges. When I asked for the District Manager contact, were hung up on. Contacted their district manager told that it’s franchised by someone else and they’ll be in contact via email. Still no update, no response. Just money sitting in their account that does not belong to them. So beware that this can happen unfortunately. Been past two weeks now no refund. Wow. My wife and I were on a weekend getaway, and I decided that a massage maybe in order.Becky was amazing. She’s thorough, an excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable. She taught me ways to help me cope that I’ve not ever heard after going to 17 different doctors.The desk staff are very pleasant, the location is very clean, and if I didn’t live five hours away, I’d be going there monthly!Thank you to the staff, and Becky, for an amazing experience.I’ve suffered with chronic back and neck pain for two plus years. I’ve suffered with chronic back and neck pain for two plus years. My wife and I were on a weekend getaway, and I decided that a massage maybe in order.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityErica is amazing at the Newport location. I recommend her 1,010%. She is thorough, firm, and knows exactly what you need to feel better. I was hit by a car while riding my bike back in the summer, and I can honestly say she has been a huge factor in helping me recover. Between my muscles and joints that were damaged, on top of my migraines and overall damage I cause to my body cycling (especially my shoulders and neck), I can’t thank her thank enough. Erica is amazing at the Newport location. I recommend her 1,010%. She is thorough, firm, and knows exactly what you need to feel better. I was hit by a car while riding my bike back in the summer, and I can honestly say she has been a huge factor in helping me recover.
