Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had great experiences the few times I have been to the Massage Envy on Euclid in Lexington. The front desk workers were very kind, personable, and professional. Bana, my esthetician did an AMAZING job. I had a facial blemish and needed to see someone about it; I had never done a facial before and was a bit nervous. I went to the office and Bana made me feel so comfortable, addressed my area of concern, and gave me some tips and recommendations to help my skin thrive!She was very gentle and overall did an amazing job with my facials. Yes, after my initial appointment I signed up for a few more because I think they’re great and I thought I would benefit from getting the membership.Sadly, I am moving out of state and will look for a new massage envy there but it will be hard to top Bana. I had great experiences the few times I have been to the Massage Envy on Euclid in Lexington. The front desk workers were very kind, personable, and professional. Bana, my esthetician did an AMAZING job. I had a facial blemish and needed to see someone about it; I had never done a facial before and was a bit nervous. She helped to find the skin care routine that enhances my peels but works perfectly with my skin type. I don’t have to wear face makeup anymore. I won’t let anyone else touch my skin.
