The worst customer service I have received in a long time. If you want an appointment expect to book months in advance. Even when you do, the office always calls 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment to reschedule you – for another month out. When I signed up, I was very clearly told I could cancel my membership at any time – as I asked several questions about the length of the membership. When I called to cancel my membership, they informed me this was a year long contract and would not honor the cancellation policy the employee had stated to me. I will never go back and will never recommend again – as I did many times in the past to friends and family. I will happily be taking my business elsewhere, as there are many local business who would not tolerate advertising false information.

I have been a member for several years and have been pleased with all my therapists except for one. Over the last two years I can rarely find an appointment that works with my work schedule. I have accrued numerous appointments and can’t find times available. I checked this week for any upcoming appointments through mid August and couldn’t find anything after 5 or on weekends. Why do you continue to take on new clients when you can’t service the ones you have had for years.

This location is ridiculous not only did they up my membership charge without asking me, I canceled the membership and they still took money out of my account. When I called they said they could absolutely not refund me but make it to where it didn’t happen again! Ummm that’s why I canceled the membership because I didn’t want it to happen & it still did! I lost so much money to them because I’ve been a member 2+ years and their scheduling was so inconvenient, anytime I tried to book ANYTHING being the reason I wanted to cancel! I lost probably 10-15 pre-paid sessions when canceling but I refuse to keep paying for something I can’t even enjoy!

I don’t even have an experience…because I can’t even get a massage booked!! I’ve tried multiple times to schedule an appointment and they say they have nothing because they are booked a month out. Plus they only have certain therapists who do deep tissue massages. Don’t they learn all of it in school?? I signed up for a membership 3 months ago and have yet had a service! And if I cancel I’ll get penalized and will only have 60 days to use the services I’ve already paid for! Since they are booked out for freaking 60 days I definitely am getting screwed on this deal!! Any advice anyone???

Critical: QualityI had a terrible experience getting a facial by Dani. I do not leave reviews but this was just so appalling. She spent 25 minutes of my 1 hour facial appointment time pedaling products and lecturing me on exfoliating without having even touched my skin. Then she began the microdermabrasion and was so rough with wiping excess water/serum that I was flinching. I have had this procedure done many times and never experienced anything like this. It was over in 20 minutes and my 10 am appointment ended at 10:45. It cost me $120 after gratuity. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Very little time was spent on relaxation and experience but a great deal was spent on trying to recruit me into a membership and selling me $110 exfoliating pads. This was just insulting. I have had about 5-6 massages in my life so far and, recently, I have started trying to get them more regularly when I can. My massage with Courtney at the Hattiesburg Massage Envy was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. My only regret was that I booked the 60 minute one instead of 90! She was very attentive to what I needed and knowledgeable about different types of stretches and ways I was creating more tension in my body then I needed. Courtney was a professional, made me feel very comfortable, and kept a nice balance of discussion and silence during my time in the room. The main thing for me that made this massage the best was that Courtney ACTUALLY spent time on the places where I indicated needed the most attention. At other places, even when I say which areas bother me the most, they still tend to do just general pressure over everything so that is what I had come to expect. Courtney was so great and relieved a lot of my pain and tension. I left feeling like a new person! Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be booking another appointment!
