I had the worst experience as an African American person at this location. I booked an hour long massage with Sonok. My massage was 35 minutes. And half the time she touched my hair and told me I needed to lose weight and gave me unwarranted advice about my weight. She then proceeds to tell me if I want to keep my man I needed to lose weight and live a healthier life. I left my info with the front desk to give to the manager twice. I was considering membership with them before my massage now I will never do so. I was treated like trash and I will never forget this experience when all I wanted was a massage on my day off and it was ruined.

On the flip side, this is now the second time that my girlfriend and I have had our massages cancelled on us with only about a day’s notice. They cancelled us on a Monday and rescheduled us for a Friday and I just received the call that they have cancelled our Friday appointment. Quite ridiculous that we’ve been cancelled on twice and we’ve been more than flexible. On the flip side, this is now the second time that my girlfriend and I have had our massages cancelled on us with only about a day’s notice. They cancelled us on a Monday and rescheduled us for a Friday and I just received the call that they have cancelled our Friday appointment. Quite ridiculous that we’ve been cancelled on twice and we’ve been more than flexible. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI really try not to complain, I really don’t. But I took a whole day off of work due to burn out so I could relax and get a massage bc I work in medicine and it has just been really bad. I schedule an appointment for 1pm and waited around until about 1:10 pm for some one to come and tell me that they grabbed the wrong person for my appointment and that I would only have 40 minutes left for my appointment if I wanted to continue with some one else. COVID has been awful so I try to be patient but this was honestly heartbreaking bc it was literally the only thing had been looking forward to for the last 24 hours.
