I got a facial from this place last month and the facial left me worse than when I came.. my face was inflamed . A few days later A LOT of dark spots appeared and now they won’t go away.. I went there just for them to look at my face, RECOMMEND products for me to BUY to get rid of it. I drove all the way to Cordova for 10 minutes just to get recommendations. I cannot believe it. They could have At least gave me products to assist! Now I have all kinds of discoloration and black spots on my face! They gave me a refund but it does not take away from the fact my face looks awful & it has NEVER looked like this.

Family enjoyed their massage, but me, not so much. Would never pay such an expensive fee for the service I received. One shot. That’s all it took. The space was nice and comfortable for individuals or a group. Water, and tea, a massage chair and warm neck pillows were available while you wait.

I wrote a review after my experience yesterday somehow it was removed. I had an appointment for 9am with Kim. Instead of the manager being in the office with staff that explained he was new, the manager calls the staff 15 mins later approximately and advised that Kim called out. I had already driven 30 minutes to this location, had already been checked in and was already waiting in the waiting area for 7 minutes before this manager informed the office where she should have already been, that one of her STAFF called out. She failed to do her job. Horrible experience. A cancellation should be advised before a client drives to a location not after being checked in. Poor leadership. Never in my over 5 years of membership have I ever experienced such.

this place is horrible the person who gave me my massage scratched up my lower back with nails during the massage, they didn’t wear a mask and when I was face up they were breathing in my face then I had my eyes closed and I took in their breath it was disgusting, and my massage was for an hour and they did not start until 20 minutes into my time and still finished early and charged me for the full amount of time. They did not even massage my full back. One side of my back is still in pain and the other side is relieved so I have to walk around with an awkward pain until I can get another appointment at a different massage company

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have been a member for about 2.5 years now. I had no problems for the longest time until these past few months. I’ve had a session rescheduled/cancelled on me three times now and on the day of each time. It’s sad because we are held to a same day cancellation fee, yet they can cancel the day of at our cost. I don’t know if it is because of new management or reasons beyond their control, but hopefully it gets fixed soon. I have been a member for about 2.5 years now. I had no problems for the longest time until these past few months. I’ve had a session rescheduled/cancelled on me three times now and on the day of each time. It’s sad because we are held to a same day cancellation fee, yet they can cancel the day of at our cost. He was professional, polite and courteous. He applied various pressure to relax the tense muscles in my neck. Massage Envy thanks for good zen experience. Also, Lee is a an amazing massage therapist.
