Worst experience I have ever had. VERY poor business integrity. I had scheduled a massage and facial which took over a month and a 1/2. 1st time so I was supposed to have a discounted rate. Both services were supposed to be an hour long. The day of my appointment they called and canceled my facial. When I went in for my massage they said they could reschedule my facial and still have the discount as it was their fault. When I went for my appointment they charged me not only full price without the discounted rate but also charge me for an hour long facial when I was only on the table for 31 minutes. They are thieves, dishonest, and terrible customer service. I will never return and will be making a formal complaint. Reading the other complaints I’m starting to think that this is a trend…they advertise discounted rates for 1st time people with every intention of canceling or rescheduling your appointment if there is a double one booked so that you do not get the discounts. Complete lock of integrity.

Good luck getting an appointment! I have been a massage envy member for years and honestly not sure why any more. Getting appointments is nearly impossible. I end up at every other massage place but massage envy because they are always booked solid weeks and sometimes months out.

I have been a member since February of this year (It’s currently May). I have been extremely disappointed. I have enjoyed my massages and the staff has always been very nice, but I have been screwed over twice already. I had a massage canceled same day with just maybe a two hour notice. I also went for a facial just to get there and them tell me I couldn’t get a facial because I am under care of a dermatologist and use a daily cream? lol. never heard that before, and someone should have told me that before scheduling me. Hate to say it, because I do like the staff and the services that I have received, but I do not recommend.

As a first time customer who works 3rd shift and gets off at 7:30 in the morning I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 am that they waited till 20 mins before the appointment to call and reschedule due to the fact the person they booked me with was off today. I don’t normally have an issue with rescheduling appointments but 20 mins before the appointment was a bit much after staying up to attend my appointment. Not exactly the first impression I was hoping for definitely won’t be rescheduling.

Caitlin O. is amazing! Total sweetheart and great therapist. She doesn’t dig in with her fingers, as if squeezing the knots out, but she does chase all the crazy away. She can do a deep massage without hurting. I love getting a massage from her! She’s got these electric hands–it’s just awesome. Totally worth your time. She’s great at reading my body, so I don’t have to sit there and chat away telling her, “no, not there–over there!” I don’t feel bad drifting off to la-la-land because I know she’ll take care of me.
