Danielle was amazing with my massage. I like it with medium pressure and she is awesome with me and always making sure I’m doing good or she will change it. She listens to her clients. I did add Detox to my session and she made sure I liked the smell before she used it on my skin. It was wonderful! I am a member of their monthly membership. I wished they provided me with my contract in writing instead of just telling me. Also, I only go once a month and they have charged me $45. When it should be nothing unless you add extras and of course tip. They need to make sure that members are not charged unless this is their go more than once. Also improve their website accordingly also. So, now I guess I have to tell them that this is my only service I have used that month, so they don’t charge me for it! Other than that it’s awesome and I would highly recommend Danielle as your masseuse.

Miss Danielle did a awesome job. She was very comforting and she was concerned about the pleasure of the overall experience. It was my first time getting a massage. And probably won’t be my last. I’ll definitely reach back out to Danielle for her services. She was the best. She worked the deep knots out and checked on my to see how I was feeling. She is the first and best experience I ever had.

Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The environment is quiet and relaxing. Brandon was amazing, and very good at what he does. The only suggestion that I could give, is to give the client the option if they want their massage with oil or lotion. I prefer the oil, my skin is extremely dry, and its a little moisturizing for me as well as relaxing with the massage, is the way to go for me!!

Kacey at the Hamilton location was amazing. I had a facial 2 months at a different locate and still have redness and bumps next to my nose on both side. She used a milder product it felt so good. She had asked if I wanted to purchase anything she used yesterday 8/3. I said I’ll wait and see how I react to this skin care. She said that is what she was going suggest. My friend and I go next week for massages so I’m sure I would know by then. Definitely recommend.

Wasn’t familiar with massages and not sure where to go. My experience at massage envy and with Jared has been very pleasant. He is friendly, respectful of modesty, and remembers things from session to session (like pointing out that a certain area which used to be tense no longer is, etc). I do aerials as a hobby and it’s important to get a massage every now and then to help keep my body in good shape!

Great front desk service. Several good massage therapists. My favorite is Mary Lou for her ability to just know where to massage. Very intuitive in her skill. I’ve had neck and upper back as well as hip and hams problems she’s been very helpful with.

Customer Service was excellent, friendly staff. I rate the customer service five star, but not my overall experience. Now about the massage. I was truly looking for a nice massage while here visiting. I had a lot of pressure points that needed to be worked on, but that did not happen. My massage therapist, Jared, gave me one of the worst massages I ever had. He has no strength, barely touched me. It felt like an old lady was just touching on me. I kept asking for more pressure and he said he does not have pressure. I recommend to only schedule him with the geriatric community. I should have stopped him 5 minutes into the massage and requested someone else, but did not want to hurt his feelings, he seemed very fragile.

If I could give ten stars, I would! I now realize how crazy it is that I haven’t been getting more massages over the past 10 YEARS as an owner! This morning was the first time in years that my feet weren’t cramped up when I got out of bed! My knee doesn’t hurt either!
