I’ve had mixed experiences with this location, but I tried them out again today, and it was the best experience! Dinease gave me the best massage I have ever had! She focused on my problem areas and did everything I asked. The front desk staff was also so kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend Dinease as your massage therapist.

An hour massage is 52 minutes not 60. First time customer price is not $59, as you’re told on phone, it’s $65 at checkout. After message and your feeling calm they ask so many questions, especially about signing up as a member. Not wanting at that time to be sold a membership.

Had my very first massage yesterday with Beverly G! No words folks! She did such an amazing job! Hit all the spots that were bothering me, and some that I didn’t even know were an issue! Critical: CommunicationI had a 9am appointment and after waiting for about 10 minutes I was told that the therapist didn’t know she had an appointment before 10 and if I decided to wait I wouldn’t get my whole time. This is very poor communication. I work in healthcare and if I’m late, I still have to honor that patient’s appointment. I was offered an upgrade for when I reschedule, but that does not make it right. I had a 9am appointment and after waiting for about 10 minutes I was told that the therapist didn’t know she had an appointment before 10 and if I decided to wait I wouldn’t get my whole time. This is very poor communication. I work in healthcare and if I’m late, I still have to honor that patient’s appointment. I was offered an upgrade for when I reschedule, but that does not make it right. Being a mom that works full time, rescheduling isn’t that easy.

I signed up for a 60 minute massage but only received a 45 minute one! My appointment was at 4pm, the massage therapist was late, which wasn’t a big deal (I just thought the massage would go later), we started at 4:15pm and she ended at 4:58pm! I couldn’t believe it! The massage felt rushed, too, meaning she moved her hands very quickly most of the time. During the times when she slowed down, it felt better and relaxing. But I would NOT recommend this place, unfortunately.

Do not buy a membership. I was a member for over 10 years and the entire business model is predatory. I moved across the US 3 years ago and stopped going (and still paid). I have now been trying to cancel for 3 months and it is IMPOSSIBLE. We filled out all the papers, signed the letter, send a copy of our driver’s license, and still I keep getting charged.That is simply ridiculous. That is after paying for over a year without using any massages. You do the math on how much money I wasted. There are some amazing massage therapists that work independently and won’t be trying to steal your money. Go there.

It was my first time getting a professional massage. Connor was very thoughtful and engaging. He made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Keep up the good work. I signed up for a membership and I’m not able to do them at the moment, so the only way to get out of that contract I have to have a note from my doctor, they make it hard for you to get out of their contact .I will never go to another ME again because I feel like they are forcing me to go when I can’t do it right now. I would not recommend anyone to sign a contract with ME and I will tell my family and friends not to visit ME when they need a massage.
