Nice place. Employees handle themselves in a professional manner. Should you desire particular areas to be addressed, be sure to get what you pay for. Also be sure to ask fir a therapist that can provide the “pressure” you need. While mine was a good therapist, in hind sight, I would have either rescheduled or requested a different therapist that could apply more pressure. It was one of the lightest massages I’ve ever had, and unfortunately, didn’t feel like I had even gotten a massage an hour after I left.

Massage envy would not even get 1 star if I could leave a review without it. We have been members for at least 10 years, probably longer. I can count how many massages I have had on one hand due to how difficult it is to book an appointment. You have to book out at LEAST 3 months ahead of time, and then most of the time the cancel or call to reschedule you. That would be bad enough, but they also can’t seem to get the requested information correct. For example which therapist you want or which gender you are more comfortable with having touch you. Finally, they will freeze your account so you can “use any massages you have built up” (which is probably 80 something for us at this point), but fees start up again in 6 months. They also charge you 10 dollars a month during that fee freeze. You CANNOT get a refund, and cancelling payments permanently causes you to lose your massages. So essentially they are getting paid by you to do NOTHING. Also wanted to add that we have tried scheduling at other Massage Envys around and they are just as bad. I do NOT recommend

Don’t fall into the trap of signing up! You get ripped off for your time. Sign up for a 60 minute massage and you only get 50 minutes. It’s extremely hard to even get an appointment. I tried tonight and there are no openings for this month or next month. I have tried 3 times to cancel and they don’t do it. I keep getting charged every month. This place is a rip off!

It massage envy, had a few issues after first signing up, & it drives me crazy that they say an hr but it’s really only 50 minutes. I had found the best message therapist in years, & was the only reason I was still going. Unfortunately, he has since left, as I will also be doing when my “contract” is up .

I’ve been trying for over a year to use a gift card I was given for them. They have cancelled every appointment I’ve made. I’ve tried to reschedule, been put on a call back list for first available, showed up to be told at the counter that my appointment isn’t on the books, and I just don’t understand what I need to do to get an appointment that they will keep. I’m always respectful, but I’m frustrated at this point. I can’t even get the money back from the gift card.

I’ve had numerous therapists at this location and almost every single one was amazing. Jon, Dawn, and Jason were by far my favorites. They all knew exactly where my problem areas we’re are helped alleviate a lot of my pain. Dawn helped me through a panic attack while I was on her table dealing with hormonal issues and I made sure I was comfortable before continuing our session. Jon and Jason both are incredible with neck and back work. They are both very knowledgeable about how the muscles work and what needs to be done to fix the issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with these three therapists. Thank you!

Dumbfounded by the lack of communication, professionalism, and overall understanding of their clients needs, especially an industry that demands a high level customer experience to stay in business. Ownership has obviously allowed the $65 monthly tides they charge Rutherford county customers for the chance to book massage sessions as if they are Destin Airbnb rentals 5 months out. I realize we are in a time that doesn’t demand a high level of accountability from a customer relationship perspective, however, continuing to sign up patrons to pay a monthly fee that you don’t have the resources to service is ridiculous. I have an idea!!! Open another location, or allow members to cancel without a doctors note or proof of new zip code. I’ve been a member since August of 2021… Received one 60 minute massage at the time and regrettably signed up for the monthly membership. I’ve been unable to book a massage since. I’ve called numerous times to cancel, sent emails, spoke with management on multiple occasions only to hear that I need to write a letter to corporate. This is the only negative review I’ve ever written and I’m sorry if your team is going through unforeseen circumstances that have kept leadership from understanding the stain this puts on the Massage Envy brand. I hope you rethink your cancellation policy or at least find a way to make a $65 monthly fee worthwhile to your members if you can’t provide the services the fee was intended for. I will jump through no more hoops… Please cancel my policy!! I won’t wait until July for a massage and still pay $65 every month for nothing ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ It’s bizarre to think you believe this is fair business practice?? Is anyone else experiencing this?
