I am so very thankful to Cristiana at Massage Envy. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I would not let anybody touch my hands because they hurt so bad. I allowed Cristiana to try it one day. She was so gentle with my hands that I began to trust her. She continues to work on my hands and they are straightening out for the first time in over 15 years. Thank you Massage Envy and Cristiana I am very grateful.

Honestly got a great massage here and would consider a membership, but they are booked months in advance. When I booked my intro appointment, it was in November and the soonest they could get me in was end of February. They explained they’re slammed before/after Christmas, which made sense. It’s June and I still can’t make a proper appointment online. Today I scrolled through the days ME’s site would let me schedule an appointment (June 12 – July 23rd) and every single date/time is booked. From 8AM – 10PM every day is booked. Not sure how anyone is able to utilize the monthly membership here.

Can never get an appointment for a massage and when I do finally get an appointment in another location it is cancelled the day of, this has happened twice. Also, they didn’t call to cancel, but sent an email. When I purchased a membership a few months ago they failed to tell me that it is extremely hard to book a massage, especially if you work during the day.

Critical: QualityHands down worst professional massage I’ve ever had. Very bad. I hate being rude or mean, but with that being said im going to be honest. First off I payed for 1 hr, I got there @ 3 and didn’t get touched till 315. The massage was descent at best and ended @ 350. I don’t know about everyone else but that’s 35 minutes in my book not 1 hr. Also She didn’t focus on the areas I asked and just pretty much did her own thing. The cost was 65 and they asked me for a 10 dollar tip. Which you just shouldn’t do, if someone is going to tip they would say it. So I payed 75 dollars for 35 minutes of a massage that was pretty much home quality. I was going to get my mother a massage there and a surprise, but I will definitely be going somewhere else.I would not recommend this place to anyone. As I said also, I apologize if this makes anyone mad . But the truth is truth. Two thumbs way down. The massage was good but it is hard to get appointments. Also, my 2 favorite therapists have left. I have a membership but can’t take advantage of the perks because there is a lack of appointments.

I’ve tried several of the therapists and all but one have been great. The front desk team is always nice and professional. The reason for the poor review is that they have a firm policy of cheating every single massage by at least 10 minutes. The therapists are required to start every massage 5 minutes late and stop 5 minutes early, regardless of the client’s instructions not to. I’ve been given different explanations for this by different staff. The front desk team promised me that the therapist could ignore the policy if I insisted, then the therapists say they can’t. I’ve been told by management that the policy is to ensure that the client has plenty of time to get un-dressed and re-dressed, regardless of the fact that it takes 2 minutes, max, to accomplish this. The therapists admitted that this is the time they set aside to do paperwork and turn over the rooms. They do this during client’s paid time so that they can schedule appointments closer together. I don’t really care what the reason is, and once my membership ends next month, I won’t go back ever again. Stealing 10 minutes of every massage is outrageous and you should know about it before you go there! I was suckered into a membership and then it was too late for me. Honestly, after 12 months of paying for 60 minute sessions and losing 10 minutes every time, they’ve ripped me off for 120 minutes of paid massage time. Just giving everyone fair warning.

My fiancé and I visited the Massage Envy in Mount Juliet today to destress from wedding planning. The experience was excellent! The front desk was very prompt, helpful and friendly. Our masseuses were excellent, professional and both of us left feeling like a million bucks! I can’t recommend this place enough! Tatiana was my masseuse, ask for her if you get the chance!
