I have been with massage envy for 2 years and have always had a terrible experience with scheduling leading me to cancel. I own a business and typically only have a week to 2 weeks heads up to schedule. At the hendersonville location in TN there booked for the whole month. I am constantly given the wrong information about gifting points and now it looks like I have to eat 5 points or 300 dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone as for the way the business is set up you will at some point lose money.

Never had a bad experience there. Monterrica is the best at this location hands down. I had to cancel my subscription because scheduling became difficult for me and I need to put those funds elsewhere. Great 2 year ride though.

Went as a gift from spouse. While asking if my wife included a tip was told my service was full price unless I joined and paid monthly. Also it said 90 min but 80 with a confusing mention ad to why in the literature. I wonder if a 30 min is really 20. Enjoyed the massage. Geriatric Special.

I love Massage Envy. I have a membership and it is totally worth it. Each masseuse customizes the massage for you each visit. My neck had been killing me and after a deep tissue massage with Cassie all the pain and range of motion issues were gone.
