Nisheua is awesome! I’m visiting from out of town and had some downtime and decided to book a massage. Getting an appointment was simple and easy to do online. I’ve had some discomfort in one of my shoulders and she listened to me and always made sure the pressure was okay and I was comfortable. She’s very professional and friendly. LaVerne is an absolute gift. I have serious shoulder and hip issues and she takes the time to focus on those areas. She’s kind and calming, and continues to wear her mask, which is very important to me. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her ASAP.

I’ve had a membership for some time now but one of my main reasons for keeping it was because of flexibility. I used to be able to call and get an appt with no prob. Now it’s like every other massage place. You have to plan 2 weeks in advance for an appt. I guess for some that’s not an issue.

Finally gave in and got a membership at Massage Envy, BEST DECISION EVER! They are reasonably priced and I’ve had many great massages here. Crystal and Graham are two good people to ask for. If you’re considering giving it a try, they are always running some kind of special, you might get more than you think! They are also usually able too accommodate same day appointments which is great for me.

I had an horrible experience with Massage Envy. The receptionist was rude then when I begin to call her out on how disrespectful she was acting she placed the blame on me. I paid for a service that was never rendered. Then was told in order to get the service I paid for I would have to make 3 payment ($180) for a contract in order to get the service that was already paid for.

So I drove to my appointment only to get told that I didn’t have any appointment which really made me mad. Due to the fact I was looking forward to this appointment.
