This was the first time I have had the pleasure of having Jessica as my therapist and she was amazing. She listened to my needs and applied the pressure I asked for. I also have had times in past where the therapist applied too much oil and I left feeling gross and greasy but Jessica did not over apply. My visit was enjoyable.I would also like to mention the young lady at the front desk. I think her name is Amy but I’m not 100% sure. She has always been helpful and so pleasant when I come in. She does her job very well and ME Gulf Shores is better for her being there.

Had a facial on Saturday at 4:30 while my husband had a massage. I’ve had many facials in the past, and many from massage envy as I am a former member. This service was by far the worse ever. I don’t like leaving negative reviews at all, but doing this to hopefully help the 23 yr old girl who provided the service. She talked about herself thru the entire facial. No mention of my face at all. Didn’t let me know what she was putting on my face, didn’t look at the pores or even recommend any products I may incorporate into my skincare routine.

The place was clean however the massage therapist did not seem well versed on smooth massage techniques, she talked the entire time very loudly about all her family drama. Was not a relaxing or therapeutic massage at all and an my neck is killing me since she “worked” on it. Not a good massage at all.
