Please do not waster your money on this franchise or location. Very poor customer service. They do not post their refund policy and do not inform buyers of their policies at time of purchase. Then, they will not let you get your money back. Go to a professional massage place if you want a massage. I would have put zero stars, but that was not an option.

Please do not be fooled by the ratings and reviews shown. They remove negative reviews to make themselves look better. There are many complaints against them, including with the Better Business Bureau. The franchise as a whole has very bad ratings. They do not post their purchase/refund policy ( it is hidden behind their desk in small print). If you want a professional massage and good customer service…. then go somewhere else!
