All staff were really nice and the facility was very clean but I have to give 1 star due to the massage itself. My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. Afterwards, we discussed how we felt about it and we had the same exact experience. It felt as though we were just being rubbed down with lotion for 50 minutes. There was no pressure applied which really sucked because we’re both active and have a lot of pain points/soreness and we were expecting to get our monies worth. We will not be back.

Very disappointed. I paid $70 for a 60 minutes massage, but the total time that I spent over there was 60 minutes. I spent about 15-20 minutes total for the form, getting undressed, getting dressed, stopping by the restroom, paying and tipping and listening about the $70 dollars monthly membership , so I only got about 45-40 minutes of massage. I understand that they may include the getting undressed/dressed time, but definitely not the time to fill out the form with one of the receptionists, pay or being offered a membership.

My wife and I have had multiple massages at Massage Envy ( including prenatal.) And every time we have been pleased, until today. When we completed our massage we started talking about our experience. To my surprise my wife felt the same way I did without even telling her. We both felt we were moisturized with a ton of lotion. Neither one of use felt there was any massage done. Both of us felt neither one of then used any pressure. Unfortunately, it was just a rub down with lotion. I can say we definitely we be finding a new place to receive our massages.

I went in for my first facial ever and Ashley was great. She is so sweet and is very knowledgeable with skin care. She was very helpful and provided great recommendations for future skin care routines. The facial itself was great. I felt so refreshed after and face was so smooth and felt so hydrated.

She took the time to make me feel very relaxed and focused on the best parts of getting a deep tissue. I am a harsh critic when it comes to massages because im also in the industry so take it from me, Ruth is very talented!! 10 out of 10 as far as quality and pressure

My boyfriend and I went for our first ever massage and let me tell you it won’t be our last! We were taken care of like we had been coming there for years. Everyone was so kind and eager to explain the process. Peggy was my masseuse and Hillary was my boyfriend’s. They both asked us what we wanted worked on the most and often made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole massage. 60 minutes felt like 20. I highly recommend visiting this location!!
