I have been going here since I moved here 3 years ago. I have been consistent with my facial treatments and my massages and it was feeling good having a place to unwind. It’s hard to be a mom, wife and a healthcare worker. I pay my all my bills on time and I tip when ever I get a service. Today I got my dates mixed up today and I received a call about a no call no show. Today is Labor Day and my child is out of school l. So, I literally thought my appointment was tomorrow 9/6. I explained this to the ME front desk clerk and I asked for a waiver considering it was a mistake. She spoke with her management and they decided that they would only take one of my points. I am upset because I pay monthly and have been a loyal customer despite my original aesthetician and massage therapist leaving. They just lost a valuable customer….

I’ve been going here for years. I recently had my wallet stolen and am currently waiting on a new debit card to arrive. Massage Envy cannot book me an appointment with the 4 credits that I have already paid them for (that’s $160 of mine they already have). That’s four months of payments they have of mine and refuse me service because there isn’t currently a card on file? I will give them a card, schedule 5 of the quickest appointments I can get and I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE POEPLE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. They are Insane to think that’s OK business practice.

Just called into see if they take insurance and to schedule an appointment. I was out on hold for 4 mins not to bad, but as soon as she answered I was put back on hold. After 8 mins I gave up. If you’re that busy hire more help as it should t take over 10 mins to get a simple appointment and question answered. I’ll go somewhere else who’ll value my time and money.

I think the owner should review their scheduling process. I called for an appointment for my husband and myself. She had an opening at 2:45 for two people. I called back (it was some time later – like 30 minutes), but one appointment was gone so I understood and she had two more appointments at 4. So I said great and accepted that appointment time. The receptionist was very nice and said she needed to get a little more information from me, would I mind if she placed me on hold for a moment and I said no, that would be fine, and then another person took the call and I told her I was wanting the two 4 o’clock appointments. She proceeded to tell me who the massage therapists would be, who wanted each therapist, and I said it did not matter just put one of us with each. She said okay and I said didn’t you need some more information from me and gave her my name and my husband’s name. Then she said Oh I’m sorry one of those appointments is gone, I only have one appointment now. I was shocked, because it was available before I was asked to be placed on hold for just a moment. I called back to speak to the manager, also very nice, but who informed me that that is how they do it, 3 people making appointments so it can be given away while they are getting your name, that is their process. I would like to think in this technologically savvy world, a small establishment like this could find a way to give better customer service, or at the very least an apology when something like this happens.

The receptionist area is welcoming and the ladies were efficient in getting me an appointment , however upon conclusion of scheduling my appointment I was told that I needed to leave a card on file and the cancellation policy. I was disappointed at that point because I realized they did not explain the services offered but the cancellation policy was most important.

Had Jonmichael for my first 90 minute massage and I don’t know if it was the extra 30 minutes of the massage or Jonmichael but it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time! Jonmichael was absolutely fantastic though! He focused on every part of my body while also focusing on certain areas that needed more attention. Asked about pressure throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable and was just very very good at what he does in general! Highly recommend him!

This place is pretty good. I have the monthly membership and it is a good price. The problem is, if you accumulate too many massages you can’t take a break to use them. They will disappear if you cancel.

absolutely wonderful experience!!! They have so many amazing therapists Karen, Tonia, diana, tarsha, Omar, and jerrica are all amazing. Front desk staff is always warm and welcoming regardless of if they’re busy or not. I have visited different massage envy’s and this location is by far the best!
