I am in constant pain. I get firm deep tissues massages to help manage my pain. I have had bad a previous bad experience with a Tech named Matt. I quietly and discretely requested that this tech be barred from my account. To state this very clearly: I experienced unwanted physical contact from an individual working for Massage Envy. I informed the management at Massage Envy that this individual did not have my consent to physically touch me. When I showed up for my appointment on 8/26/2022 at 14:15, this same Massage Technician showed up to give me a massage.

I was called 5 min before my apt time to cancel my apt because the therapist was out. After driving 35 min to get there. Very unpleasant experience. Steer clear of this location! They have lost a membership client at this this point. I’ll take my hard earned money else where. Courtesy for clients time goes a long way, and so does lack of.

Massage was very basic, the spot that was bothering me wasn’t focused on enough but the main reason I’m writing this review is because I sat in the tranquility room for a few minutes ahead of time. Massage was at 1:00 checked my watch when I laid down and the massage was about to start and it was 1:10 then the massage ended checked my watch and it was 1:50 so what should have been a hour massage was only 40 minutes… I understand that they take 10 minutes away for you to get undressed and dressed at the end but never had anyone take away 20 minutes. Extremely disappointing. Be sure to pay attention to the time when you go in and when they finish so you don’t get ripped off as well.
