We were a group of 3. Booked 2 weeks in advance, drove from Naples. We get there and we were told that Morgan canceled one of the appointments. Wasted time, and gas for no reason. I was told the Manager was going to call me, this was last Sunday, 4 days later still haven’t received a call. Very unprofessional. I recommend if you book with them to double check your app before heading over there.

Im a new member with Massage Envy and I am so impressed. I signed up with the Clinic Manager Catherine who was the sweetest. Very professional and explained everything very well. I had a hot stone massage with Miguel and it was incredible too. The Assistant Manager, Rich introduced me to their aromatherapy when i checked in and that was nice too. Great staff. Ask for the Manager Catherine if you go. Shes awesome

All of the therapists here are outstanding. I’ve never had a massage/facial that I didn’t like. Any minor issue I’ve had the manager always took care of it respectfully & professionally. I highly recommend getting a membership, as it lowers your monthly session cost & allows you to save a significant amount of money. The girls at the front are also friendly & very helpful. I will continue to be a member here above any other clinic/salon. Thanks ME!

I joined the membership program that they have which is a really good deal. It’s great because I can use it in Naples and Coconut Point. Had my first massage at the Coconut point location today with Darlene. It was a great massage. Really clean facility with a friendly staff. I’m so excited !
