I have loved the services I received at Massage Envy. Today cancelled my subscription, not because of the services, but because of the harsh way they responded to a missed appointment. I blew it yesterday. It was my fault and I own it. But I never messed up before and there was NO grace. I forfeited the full charge for both missed appointments…my error cost $180. Pretty sure they did not pay $90 to each therapist who lost income due to my mistake…just warning anyone who might also mess up even after confirming! Might just apply to me…

The massage therapists are wonderful. However the management and front desk are not. I cancelled my membership over two months ago because they had several scheduling issues — I went in twice and didn’t get service because they couldn’t find my appointment in their system. And they were never able to get my account to make appointments online (after several requests over the phone). I finally cancelled and I’m still being charged! I hope their management gets their act together to match the service provided by their massage therapists. I’m currently waiting for a $120 refund for the additional months I was charged after I cancelled.

Yesterday, I had a massage at Massage Envy, after not visiting here in quite some time. All the masseuses I’ve had over the years have been great. And yesterday, Dru (Andres) did an excellent job. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, especially Nicole. This location is clean and the atmosphere relaxing. If your looking for a place to get a massage, visit Massage Envy in Lutz.

Annabelle did great. Massage was excellent. Other staff made so much noise chitchatting it could be heard through the walls. Had to ask Annabelle to turn up the music volume. It didn’t help. Very unprofessional. Extremely disrespectful. Please talk to those working the lobby on 12/30, 7 PM. about this.

Their customer service is wonderful…..professional and personable, Over the years, I have seen and been treated by several of the therapists but my personal favorite is Mariela. She finds, addresses and resolves all my muscular issues and often some that I was not even aware of. I recommend Massage Envy for everyone.

Elaine was terrific! I asked her to adjust my massage to more relaxation and she did so perfectly. She later asked if the pressure was ok. Usually when I have a massage the therapist does what they think I need. Not Elaine… She was very professional and I felt she was concerned for me!

I booked a last minute appointment for a massage to get relief from a headache that I was having. No appointments were available at my Home location so I looked at Lutz. I was paired with Becca and thank goodness! She is so amazing! My headache was gone by the time I left and I booked another appointment with her- she is worth the drive!

Anthony is a fabulous masseuse. If I could afford to go more than once a month I would. Anthony always seems to find those spots that really need a good deep tissue massage. He has strong hands and listens to what you ask him to do. I will not change him for any other masseuse.
