Amanda is the best! I was going to her for several months and then she said she was leaving. I had another therapist for one month and I was sad as it was not the professional experience one expects at Massage envy. Then I saw online that Amanda came back and I booked her for the next two months. I would book her for more but it doesn’t allow you to . Amanda is thorough and I always get a 90 minute full body form massage. Always ask for Amanda when you go here!!! She is the absolute best and the reason I’m staying. Oh and the shorter 30ish front desk manager with black hair is awesome too.

My girlfriend called them yesterday 08/27/22 to see if she could add a massage around the same time she had a 90 min facial scheduled if possible for me since she had a lot of credits in her account and the lady she spoke to told her they had an opening around 1:30PM but she would not be able to do that since wesley chapel was not under her home location and to call her home location and have them switch it over to them so they can transfer the credit and then she would be able to book the appointment. So my girlfriend called the home location and explained the situation to them and they were very confused and clarified that whoever she spoke to was wrong and all that they needed to do was make an account for me and transfer the credit from my girlfriends account over to mine with a $10 transfer fee and then she would be able to schedule the appointment in wesley chapel. That phone call took a good 15 minutes since the wesley chapel location associate explained it wrong and by the time my girlfriend called wesley chapel back to schedule the appointment the lady that my girlfriend first spoke to said that someone else already booked the 1:30PM appointment sorry. We were so disappointed and frustrated over this situation and the horrible customer service we just wanted to go somewhere else to try and make a appointment so we told the lady to cancel the 90 min facial. I told my girlfriend to just book her facial somewhere else cause after all that I was turned off by it all. So she called another nearby massage envy location and scheduled a 60 min microdermabrastion appointment. Today 08/28/22 the wesley chapel location where she canceled her appointment left her a voicemail saying she missed the appointment and they were going to have to charge her credits and she ended up having to pay 115 dollars for her microdermabrasion at the other nearby location since she didn’t have those credits in her account. This location is unprofessional, rude, undertrained

Well this is upsetting most of the time have had decent experiences at their locations. Had a couple’s massage booked today at 3:30 unfortunately our son was in the ER and required stitches. We were there until early am and we both had appts at 9 am running on 0 sleep and an exhausting night we came home and all rested. We also missed our appt. After explaining our unfortunate events & I understand cancelations but they were so passive with no care in the word and like yeah uhm so we had to charge 100% of your services and I’m just like how and who gave you that information? They attempted to discount it to 50% but I mean this is how you do business, no thank you. Sneaky people with no regards to personal life or motherhood. Also beware they save credit card info with no membership involved. I should of listened to all the bad reviews on customer service.

My Wife and I have used Amanda and Laurel for years at this location. Not only are their massage skills excellent, but they are wonderful people as well. My wife and I use the couples room and enjoy our sessions and life discussions that have come up in our conversations. We consider them friends. Thank you both for your great work over these years!

I just got an amaaaazing massage from Doug. I hold a lot of stress on my shoulders/upper back and it was the perfect amount of pressure. I feel brand new lol. The staff here is very friendly as well.

This Massage Envy a year ago was AWESOME!!! Now is not even worth the one star. The manager is always in her office and the therapist’s are cutting their time with you even shorter. They just do not put customers first anymore. It is sad as I really did like this place but it has really gone downhill… GO somewhere else…

This place is great and all the therapist I’ve had have been awesome but I’d like to say I felt like Monica on friends season 8 episode 14 after my session with Tara. But honestly can’t go wrong with anyone here. Highly recommended for a tense body and a relaxing time.
