Had my first massage at this location. Felt like the building could’ve been cleaner and more organized. Most uncomfortable massage I have ever had. Cassie was anything but gentle. Massages are supposed to be relaxing AND help work out the kinks. She literally spent an hour slapping lotion on me and raking her knuckles back and forth on my body. No use of her fingertips at all. She had to ask me multiple times if she was hurting me because my muscles started cramping up and becoming tender. My muscles are sore to the touch and my upper legs are bruising. Will not return to this location.

Massage envy had someone scheduled in our couples room and pushed our appointment back 30 min. The massages were less than MID. They completely skipped target areas (on both me and my girlfriend) that were requested before the massage. I will never go back there.

Brian was amazing!! The front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. Brian’s technique had me in such a relaxing state. He got all the knots and kinks out. He is definitely experienced. One of the best massages ever!

Nikita is a very excellent massage therapist. Very caring and always aware of your special requests. Your front desk gentleman was very friendly, and greeted me with a smile . My only complaint is if I become sick the day of my appt. I must pay in full even if they put another person in my spot.
