I have been a member with Massage Envy for12+ years. I travel frequently so the convenience of scheduling an appointment with my monthly membership is seamless. I as disappointed with my visit to this location. After checking in for my 90 minute massage and sitting in the lounge, I waited 22 minutes before I went to the front desk to ask what’s up. The massage therapist said the front desk did not check me in, so who knows where the missing link is! Maybe the associates at the desk are too distracted with the personal conversations they seem to have going. Next I booked a deep tissue massage. Hector is okay, but he gave me a Swedish not what I requested. When I layed face down for the massage, the face cradle cover smelled like mildew. I was nauseous laying there until I turned over. Not sure why the quality at the location has gone down, but hopefully things will get better soon. I was charged for an hour session and do not think the resolution for the mishap was properly handled. Also, the restroom had trash on the floor and those carpets are so dingy/dirty.

Alba is amazing, attentive, personable and very detail oriented. She listens to your concerns and pay particular attention to the area of discomfort. She’s not rushed and you get a full body massage from head to toe. Highly recommended.

I Absolutely love this massage envy location. The front desk receptionist Vanessa is extremely friendly, professional, helpful and welcoming and vianka (masseuse) is one of the best therapist I’ve ever had at a massage envy franchise location. I highly recommend this location even if you have to drive out the way a little bit.

Ever since I found Arnaldo I won’t book with anyone else. He’s extremely intuitive with your body’s needs and has really helped me during my recovery period from a total left hip replacement. The whole body suffers and compensates for the ailing parts. Arnaldo has been able to smooth out the kinks and pain from head to toes. Amazing and highly professional! I recommend making an appt in advance. He is usually booked 3-4 wks out.

What a shame. I was contacted by Massage Envy on the morning of my appointment so I called back and confirmed all the details of my appointment. When I arrived after taking a $30 Uber- they told me they were no longer able to give me the appointment. Essentially, one of the massage therapists couldn’t do anything to accommodate my wife and my anniversary. We booked a couples massage 3 1/2 weeks ago and when I called the day of the appointment they said everything was fine. When I asked the manager where the miscommunication could have happened they had no idea. No explanation, and they acted like not charging me for the appointment I wouldn’t even use was actually doing me a favor . It was such a waste of time and ruined my whole day as they could only schedule it for an inconvenient time. I highly recommend another Massage Envy location, this one ain’t it! They can’t even take an appointment.

I had made an appointment on Wed and it wasn’t what I expected. I specified I wanted to have my massage session with a woman because it made me feel more comfortable and they booked me with a guy. I came for my appointment and 30 mins later they got me into one of the rooms. Went to discuss with front desk about this issue and the response was “I never get confused” and “We have everything recorded” ALL THREE FRONT DESK LOOKING AT ME IN A BAD WAY AND COMMENTING BAD THINGS AS IF I WAS WRONG. Disgusting experience and please do not go here. Mistakes happen but the bad attitude they had it is what is making me write this review.
