Worst massage I have ever gotten and horrible customer service. I was there a couple of weeks ago for a full body massage. My “masseuse” Yaritza was rude and reprimanded me when I asked her a question about my back pain. To start off she was late. Then she proceeded to ignore my form request form which I had completed prior to my appt. I specifically mentioned that I needed the massage to be focused on my neck and back since I was experiencing stress and discomfort there. She started my massage by focusing on my legs and wasting 20 mins of my massage time there. Also, the massage as she told me rudely is not 60 mins but 50 mins. I paid for 60 mins so this was news to me. So along with not getting the massage I asked for, she left the room rudely when she finished and told me basically I was out of time. When I complained to the front desk about her behavior, I was told there was no manager on staff and that I would be reached within 2 days by a manager to deal with my complaint. No one ever called me back. The guy also offered me a credit, and when I got my bill there was no credit but a $70 charge. I was told the massage was $60 when I got there. So not only did I not get a credit but apparently a service charge was added to my tab too even though my service sucked and I had just complained about it. Do not go to this place. The staff doesn’t care about customer service and if you get Yaritza, you will probably be reprimanded too for asking questions.

I went in to this location because I received a gift. I had not looked at any reviews and had no clue what to expect. It’s sad that so many people had bad experiences here, but for me personally it was fantastic. The young man at the front desk (Chris) was lovely and my masseuse was Marcia. I am currently 5 months pregnant and Marcia was incredible. She actually told me my back felt like I had rocks 😀

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had a 9pm appointment for a 60 min facial, which started about 15 minutes late (on their end). During the facial, the esthetician was playing on her phone and kept her hands off of me most of the time. What’s most disappointing is that even though we started late, the facial ended at 9:54. A 60 min facial, ending barely at 40 min. When I gave my feedback to the front desk and esthetician, they tried to debate with me saying that we started a “little bit before 9:15” and also, that the facial was short because I chose to not do extractions. Very disappointing especially because in spite of the horrible reviews here, I decided to give this location another shot and decide for myself. Save yourself the trip, and DO NOT GO HERE. Unprofessional, horrible customer service.

My friend gave me a 80 dollars gift card for my birthday. When I called to make the appoiment, the girl explained me that I had a 60 minutes full body massage which costs 70$ and I could have a 10 minutes massage with an electric hammer gun for 10$ more.

I’m at a real loss to explain how things can go so poorly at this branch location. Getting a hold of customer service can take weeks or months and you have to be persistent and send constant emails and constant phone calls if you want anyone to reply to you. I’ve had tremendous difficulty scheduling my services because I receive last-minute cancellations. I unfortunately would have to say I’m thoroughly disappointed with their monthly membership although I have found some quality therapists. It’s just not worth the extraordinary amount of time I have to spend scheduling and then fixing the cancellations. I couldn’t in good faith recommend this location or possibly even the brand to anyone due to extraordinarily poor customer service.

David was nice and set us up for a couples massage in the Coral Gables location. The room is tiny in size, the lady I had had some basic knowledge of massage but pretty much all she did was rub my body and apply lotion. There was some jerk movements that I had never experienced before. I am still trying to find a decent masseuse.
