I am very surprised about how many bad reviews this place has. Although this is not a 5 star spa, massages here are very good. I tried Doris and she is really amazing, She did a wonderful job on my back and neck. Front desk staff is also pretty friendly, no complaints . Sandra is very efficient with the appointments ! I also tried their facials and are also very recommendable. Great for the money!

I got a membership this year as a dancer to help with my lower back and a lot of tightness and my first couple of massages I got I wasn’t impressed and wished I had not purchased my membership but I asked the front desk staff to recommend someone better for deep tissue specifically and they were the upmost of helpful and extremely kind . They recommended Madelayne and I don’t think I will going to anyone else anytime soon she is absolutely wonderful and listens and pays attention to areas I say need the most work. I highly recommend her as a masseuse and I’m very glad the front desk recommended her. I also want to say they have the kindest people that work the front very pleased with my experiences recently!

I used to great massage in eastern Europe. I am spoiled. Unfortunately, this place is mediocre at the best. I tried it once and that’s it.I won’t be back. I asked for deep tissue massage and they did it with knuckle and elbow, not fingers. I did not feel relieved after the massage. Would better use massage chair. Will feel much better. When i did jot want to leave a top i got a bad look. But why should i leave a tip for massage over $100 that i did not enjoy. Unfortunately, locals know nothing about great massage. Will be searching for another place.

I really enjoy getting massages at ME. My only complaint is that not all providers are equally competent. That being said, my latest massage was with Natasha and it was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and addressed my needs. Will be asking for her in the future.

Going into the massage salon was actually a wonderful experience, so it’s really unfortunate I have to leave a bad review. July 26th my boyfriend and I were in Miami for vacation, part of our itinerary was getting a couples massage. As I said we had a wonderful experience. Fast forward to today, August 23. I called the location to cancel my subscription, as that was explained to me as an option when I registered. However, when I called a woman who identified herself as an assistant manager was extremely rude, demeaning, and disrespectful. She didn’t have the correct information in the system of who we had spoken to and we’re registered by. She identified that person as a manager as well as a male. The person who assisted us while at the location was a female, once she had that information, I was told it was a long time employee. The employee I spoke to on the phone told me that I was never given the option to cancel at anytime despite the fact she was not present when my enrollment happened. After this she was beyond rude, definitely not the customer service you would expect from someone in a managerial role. I did ask what my options were and she essentially told me I had none. When I asked to be contacted by a manager my card was wrongfully charged $60.00, something we had not spoke about. I called the location back to make sense of the charge and was told I was being charged early. Again, that was never discussed in the slightest. It’s really disappointing that a chain with such a big name overlooked hiring such an abrasive person. To charge someone without any prior discussion is unethical. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this or any Massage Envy location for some time because of this truly awful interaction.
