I am definitely grateful for all the reviews shedding light on their horrible customer service- which is ultimately what these experiences amount too- the staff is unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate. Ive been here before and my experiences were mediocre to poor. I never though about doing a review but I definitely should have. Maybe it would have helped someone ! I was thinking about getting a membership for my aunt because she lives very close to this one but with all these negative comments I’ll definitely look some where else to get a massage subscription and she’s just gonna have to take the longer drive! Thank God for google reviews because my aunt will fight anyone being rude to her and it seems like these reps are just plain rude and the company allows it, they give everyone the same generic “I’m sorry for your experience” comment response!!! I want her to go there to relax not end up in jail cause the reps there are all talk! I can’t believe one masseuse had the audacity to tell someone to get a pedicure ! Just horrible!!!

This was a really bad massage envy experience for me. I get massages at massage envy often, but I wouldn’t recommend this location. Aside from music blasting from the next door retailer, my massage was barely a massage. After repeatedly telling her to go in at medium pressure, she continued to just pretty much touch my skin. I’m aware that all therapists have a different technique, but there was no sort of pressure or working through my knots. I told her I had pain in my neck, shoulder and feet and that’s pretty much all she touched. She left the room and i didnt see her again. I was looking forward to my full body massage but I came out really disappointed. I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist who was really nice about it and told her to have someone call me but no one has reached out thus far.

Recently came to this location because I was in need of a facial. I was approached by a woman named Holly who was going to do the treatment for me. The way she conducted herself was very rude and unkind. I did not feel comfortable while I received the treatment I paid for. I will not be returning to this location no recommending this location. & I only gave one star because that was the only way I could leave this review.

I normally can’t afford to do such nice things for myself such as spa treatments, mani/pedi, etc. but I was given a gift certificate and it felt like I should use it after a stressful week at work. I made sure the woman checking me-in knew I was here as a gift during the upsell process because I simply can’t afford all the bells and whistles.

I truly enjoy getting my Facials with Holli. I recently scheduled for a Microdermabrasion/infusion and my face is glowing. Holli is very caring, proficient and passionate about Skincare. She takes time to address all of my concerns and I am also given a mini facial massage, which I love. Because of Holli, I have renewed my annual membership with Massage Envy. I definitely recommend Holli for ALL facial care.

One out of four experiences at this location has been acceptable. The other three have been miserable. Today my wife had a horrific experience where the therapist clearly had no regard for female genitalia and what it means to provide appropriate message treatment. This happened hours ago and management still has not contacted my spouse to discuss the event that required her to leave the massage short of halfway through. It’s as if they just hired folks off the street and called them certified therapist. Horrific experience and I do not recommend us facility to anyone. We have been Massage Envy patrons for over three years. If you do wish to still have a massage from Massage Envy, go to the Brickell location.
