Massage Envy

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismFleming Island!!!!… I truly believe that Massage Envy as a whole offers great experience. However, both my wife and I was totally disrespected by the manager “Sarah”. BL we bought 2 gift cards for our son & daughter in law over the phone back on 5 August and when they went to use them today was given a hard time and then our Son had to pay. At first my wife called to try and sort out the issue and was cut off and hung up on 2 times by Sarah. Then Sarah refused to answer her attempts to call back and finally answered when my wife used another number. She then told my wife that she intentionally hung up…then hung up again. I then try to call and yup same thing…hung up with zero attempts to help us resolve our issues…. So after work i drive up there and Sarah becomes very hostile and threatened to call the police…to which I happily agreed that she should and waited out front for nearly 30 minutes. I then went back in to ask if the police were on the way and she just stared at me. I went outside then left to search for ME contact numbers for corporate. (Note* we never raised our voice or was condescending just wanted resolution for payment we rendered and then our son had to pay again)Fleming Island!!!!… I truly believe that Massage Envy as a whole offers great experience. Fleming Island!!!!… I truly believe that Massage Envy as a whole offers great experience. However, both my wife and I was totally disrespected by the manager “Sarah”. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis is my 3 time going for a massage , the front desk greets you with open arms. Jaron is very amazing with his job, every visit he is very professional and gets the job done and makes sure you are comfortable and also makes sure he gets the areas that you have problems with. I haven’t had one bad experience coming here. Thank you !!!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Qualityjust came in today for a facial and it was AMAZING !! Arleen was the one that did it for me. She recommended a lot of skincare items and today was my first time. i decided to go ahead and get the membership there. She removed my blackheads and unclogged my pores. thank you guys so much !!!

Critical: CommunicationI drove 2 hrs to this appt. I was given a gift card and had to use it. Soon as I walked in the massage therapist walked out . They were unable to schedule me till hours later and could not refund the gift card. This is not the first bad experience with them. Would Highly recommend not to buy the gift card!
