My fiancé scheduled me for a hour prenatal massage. They didn’t get me back into a room until about 30mins later and on top of that only gave me a 30min massage when I was booked for an hour. I’ve received many massages and the typical protocol is to start the time the moment the client gets into the room. The massage itself was good but as far as customer service it was horrible. I told them I only had 30mins and they had no concern and still insisted on charging me for a full hour. Then had the audacity to ask me if I would like to schedule another massage as if they thought it was funny. I could understand if they were like we can compensate you for another 30mins on a different date if you would like to schedule another appointment but no. Had no remorse whatsoever. I’ve contacted corporate office to get this resolved as this is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place they’re a complete scam.

I do not know if they massage therapists had any training. THEY have no idea that to do. I try 3 different therapist. I asked – Deep Tissue Massage. I mead muscle work. NO ONE KNOW HOW TO DO IT.WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

My wife & I went in today for massages & it was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had in a while! The staff was very friendly & attentive. My therapist was Erica, she was sweet, easy to talk too, very attentive & her massage skills were very good. My wife therapist was Josh, he was just as AMAZING. My wife was so relaxed & happy when she left! We’ll definitely be back. I always appreciate good customer service & great hands!

I scheduled a pregnancy massage for my wife on her birthday over a week ago. I was told that day was the only day that the person who does that will be there on that day so it was for that reason for that day. Come the day of to find out the lady whom I talked to decided not to schedule the correct person for the appointment. So on my wife’s birthday (the day of the appointment) she showed up and with joy and excitement just to be told they couldn’t help her. The my have good massage therapist but bad management. Thank you for screwing up my pregnant wife’s birthday.

The Hudson Bridge location customer service is terrible. I have had 3 of my appointments canceled, once while I was standing in line to confirm they received my check-in information. I was asked to wait until they checked everyone out before they would reschedule the appointment THEY canceled. I paid for a year/ once a month, a total of 12 massage UP-FRONT but my card was charged a monthly membership fee after the 12 months although I had NOT used the 4 remaining appointment I had in the system (3 they canceled) . Wait…WHAT!! I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I’ve received as well as a few of the massage. I was informed I could come in to sit down and go over my account, when I arrived I was informed the person I was scheduled to meet with had left and would not return for 1 hr. When I returned there was a sign on the door that stated they was out to lunch until 5 PM. This location need a lot of training and fast.

My massage was good but I extended my session from 60 minutes to 90 minutes because it was my birthday but I only received 60 minutes. I brought it to the massage therapist attention and she apologized for the inconvenience but the ladies at the front desk were the least bit concerned. I felt as if I was bothering them when I brought it to their attention. She cut me off while I was talking and rudely asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the therapist and to add insult to injury she wasn’t even looking at me while speaking to me. I’ve come there several times because I enjoy the massage and customer service but I’m not sure if I want to come back. Very disappointing and not a pleasant experience.

I bought a gift card for my girlfriend. You get a great deal on the first appointment. The atmosphere was very clean and calming. The staff offered a relaxing room to wait while she was getting her message but I had shopping to do.

I had Nicole as my massage therapist, and she touched me in my “No Touch” zone. When asking me to turn over, she took the sheets completely off of me. I ended the massage and filed a complaint with the manager.

I’m at the end of my contract and I do not want to renew. I called at the beginning of this month to see what needs to be done to cancel, I was told to reach out before May 2nd so that there would be no issues with my last funded massage. I call today to to begin the cancellation process and was told I’d be charged AGAIN for May because I should have called earlier, 10 days before now!!!!! WTH….I won’t be receiving any services, so I’m paying again for what????? I’m sooo disappointed right now. I really hate it when staff members give out different information as if no one really knows anything about how their facility operates or the rules and regulations. I feel uncomfortable with them having my card information on file.
