Please be aware of how service is Provided here. I called in to say I was running late and harmony told me no problem. I came in and the the Manager Jada was at the front desk. She started explaining my membership and told me I was paying $70 for my chemical peel with Hailey today. I said ok and paid. Hailey took me to the back and suddenly said I don’t have time to do your peel. I said how come you didn’t tell me that before you guys ran my card. I asked for a Supervisor and spoke with Jen she stated I was paying for my missed membership not my service today so that means Jada lied to me and knew that, she just wanted to run my card. I use to like this place last month when other Women were at the desk but now it’s unprofessional and the staff is misleading Members. Your suppose to tell the Customer if you have time for the service before you run their card, not just lead them on making them think their getting their service, to get their money. I feel tricked and on top of that I told them I had some personal issues happening with my children. No compassion at all, just money hungry. Please spend your money where your treated like a human being not a money machine because no one wants to mislead.Not going back

Don’t bother! Been a member for months, and I can’t ever schedule an appointment here unless it’s 2 months in advance. I’ve been trying to schedule a massage each month for the last 3 months, and have yet to have any success. Now that I am finally giving up there is no refunds but I can use the massages I have accumulated (6) in the next 60 days but they don’t have any availability to see me so basically they get to keep everything, and I get nothing for their inability to retain appropriate staffing levels.

Nearly impossible to get an appointment at Newnan or Peachtree City (even several weeks in advance), particularly a massage, and they’ve canceled on me twice. The service is great when you can actually get in, and the facilities are clean.

This was my first experience with Massage envy. My husband purchased a gift card through a promotion they were running for Mother’s Day. It took almost s month to get an appointment due to staffing. I was ok with that, due to staffing issues everywhere. Upon my arrival I was told that the facial portion of my visit would need to be rescheduled. The person called out. So that part was rescheduled for the next day. The problem came in at the end of my visit. I was asked to pay for the service which was already paid by my husband through gift card. The person at the front desk was nice but seemed to have no clue as to how the promotion worked . My husband calls and speaks to Sara, the manager about this incident, in hopes it would be resolved and the next day( my facial) would go smoothly. She assured it was taken care of. It wasn’t and the young lady at the counter demanded payment. She was rude, unprofessional and hands down one of the nastiest people I have encountered in a long time. The only reason I gave this location two stars is because the masseuse and the esthetician ( Haley ) were absolutely wonderful and if not for the horrible way I was treated by customer service and management, I would have possibly started a membership. Needless to say I would never return to a massage envy or recommend this place to anyone.

I feel like a whole different person! It’s been years since I’ve been able to treat myself to a massage. I guess I didn’t realize how tense I really was. I slept for 10 hours last night and feel absolutely amazing today! I will most definitely be back! The staff here is awesome. I was very, VERY pleased with the whole experience.

She recommended the amount based on that information so that we could have one 60 minute couples massage session plus tip. Called this morning to see if they had availability and was told that they haven’t done couples massages for over a year. Sarah didn’t seem very apologetic whatsoever and didn’t offer any kind of resolution when I informed her that I would’ve never purchased the gift cards had I known they weren’t doing couples massages. After attempting to book a 60 minute facial online with no success, I decided to call and book the appointment over the phone. The girl at the front desk told me they were experiencing technical difficulties. I asked her if the 11:00am appointment is still available since it was 10:40am. She said yes come on. I drove to Newnan from Fairburn (not close) and upon arriving at the exit I received a call asking how close was I because they have an 11am appointment. I said yes ME. She said no, I will be receiving 30 minutes of service instead of 60 minutes because I am late???? Instead of turning around, I came to Massage Envy since I was 1 exit away just to see the faces of the unprofessional absurd service I just experienced.
