First time at massage envy and although I was skeptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been a massage therapist for 15+ years and Ive heard mixed reviews over the years. But I’m happy to report the receptionist was very kind and professional, the facility was clean and it smelled really nice. I had Samuel as my MT and he was great. He worked on everything I wanted done and I feel absolutely fantastic. I’m usually a chatty cathy during massages but after a hectic week, I needed some quiet and calm. I appreciated the fact he read the room and didn’t try to strike conversation other than to check with me if I was OK and if the pressure was fine. It was just what I needed. So thank you!

location only has 1 or 2 good masseuse at this location. Malcom is AMAZING. but it’s hard to get an appointment with this location because the website says to call the location. front desk girls always send the calls straight to voicemail. so i went to the location and she’s just sitting there ignoring all the calls. maybe hire better front desk people. i even called the location from my car just to see her decline the call and get back on her phone.

This is a great place for a massage. The experience was great from the time I walked in. The employee who greeted me was great. Made me feel comfortable. Massage therapist was Frances and she had the right amount of pressure for me! Very good. I will be returning.

STOP, do not go here. My wife booked an appointment at this place yesterday over the phone and showed up at her 9:00AM appointment this morning only to be told by the manager they had no record of the appointment and they would not be able to see her today, and since they were booked solid for a week, it would be several days before she could get in for an appointment. My wife attempted to show the manager her phone and explain who she spoke with to no avail. I guess since my wife is White, she’s not welcome here, apparent to us this is a clear case of racial discrimination. We won’t be going to any more Massage Envy locations period.

They are a rip off! They change the details of their membership! The manager makes threats if you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. I had to one time because my child was sick! They are rude and VERY unwilling to help you. I have had much better experiences with other massage envy stores. Worst scam ever! Do not give them your money!!!

I had the pleasure of paying $100 ($90 + $10 tip) for the worst massage I have ever received – and I receive massages often. The massage therapist explained that she only had 2-hours of sleep the night before and she was extremely tired. She also went on to ask me why I am overweight (15 lbs) and explained she never wants to be non-athletic and that she really specializes in massages for athletes only. I just went in for a relaxing massage, but was talked down to during the entire hour! On top of that, the massage she gave was TERRIBLE!

I purchased a couples massage to do with my Husband as a valentines gift that we could do together where we could go in and at least communicate and relax during our massage time. While the massages were great they put us in a long and narrow room barely big enough for the tables and they had our heads at opposite ends of the room. So we ended up so far apart that we would have had to almost yell if we wanted to communicate. They should have just put us in separate rooms at that point.
