It is currently 9:10. My appointment was at 9am and no one is even here. The doors are locked. This is a huge inconvenience. I have other things to do so them being late is throwing my entire day off. This is super unprofessional and at the very minimum a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Its disrespectful to customers time to be late and not even communicate that. I will never come to this location again. The reviews already had me skeptical but I decided to give it a chance anyway. What a joke!

I wish I could give negative stars. Had an appt for 1pm for my wife and when we get their we get told that they have to cancel coz they have No one to fulfill appointment. They need to understand people book in advance so they don’t have to face this issues.

I gave 2 stars based on my experience. Nice facility, extremely difficult to get appointments, staff unable to do deep massage. I have been a member since 2008 before relocating to Atlanta in 2018. Have not had the best experiences here. I called to inquire about numerous charges after a massage the day before. Apparently my tone caused an irritated young lady desk person. Very rude, argumentive, going on about how grown she was. Nonetheless, the next day I canceled myself and my wife’s membership.

What a experience i had this morning. First time here and i drove a good distance. Smh..The place open up at 9am. My appt was at 9. I was 6 mins late. Once I got in, hoping to get started immediately because i know time is Of essence,The young lady at the front desk ask me to sit on the other side room they have. It’s now about 9:20 so i walk back up front to see what’s going on. She apologize and go to the back to see what’s going on. Now it’s 9:28 and the therapist, VONNIE is waiting on the side and starts to explain that she don’t know how late i was but she got a 10am appt. also. I told her i was 6 mins and asked if i was at fault? She cuts me off by telling me if she could finish and then repeats herself in a dry attitude. When she finish, i ask if i can ask my question and she cuts me off again by saying to ask the manager. I said she got a chance to explain what she wanted but can’t let me know what is happening here since she pointed out i was late. Vonnie was very rude and could have at least apologize since i waited an additional 22 mins pass my 6 mins of being late. I had already apologize to the front desk lady when I came in. Now that wasn’t right how Vonnie handled the situation. In fact, her attitude implied that she don’t care one way or the other if she looses a customer from the place. So people PLEASE don’t waste your money, time and especially don’t see her.

Love the experience every time I come here! Knowledgeable staff, always leave feeling like I’m floating on a cloud. I’m a server, and I’ve had hip pain for a while, and shanon is absolutely amazing at easing nerves!

This Peactree Corners location is one of the best! The staff was very helpful and friendly. My specific concerns about diff facials were answered with great detail and I enjoyed a heavenly one hour massage. Will definately be back SOON!

Nightmare experience as a first time customer. I fled the scene. Very poor handling of the situation and no resolution beyond (we aren’t going to charge you). Very very unprofessional from the tucking of the sheet around me to the massage itself. The quality of the massage therapist I had was so low and unprofessional that I question if they even had a real license. It was a traumatic experience and I will likely never get a massage ever again.

Critical: Communication, QualityMassage therapists rotate in and out of there constantly. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhen I originally purchased, I came in looking to take advantage of the buy one get one massages that I was going to give as a gift for Christmas. The receptionist told me I could do a promo that gave me an extra $50 gift card for myself to use. I decided to go with it, and we planned my appointment to use the $50 card around December 28th. When I came in at the end of December for the appointment, I informed a different receptionist I had some promo/gift card thing to use that I got with my previous purchase. I then went & got a massage, which was rather uncomfortable because the man mentioned his regular clients asking about “happy endings” or something of that nature. It was completely unprofessional and ruined my ability to relax but I would’ve shrugged it off if things hadn’t further escalated. When I went to pay, I handed the receptionist my promo card.. and she informed me I couldn’t use it until January 1st. I explained to her that the only reason I made the appointment was to USE the card, and that the first receptionist that helped me must have been misinformed so it wasn’t my fault. She proceeded to push back telling me she wasn’t misinformed, and it was my fault because there’s a date of use on the card. I asked to speak to someone else, but she told me I couldn’t. I asked when the other receptionist would be in so I could speak with her, she wouldn’t give me the information. Why would the first receptionist schedule me for an appointment when she KNEW THE ONLY REASON I WAS COMING IN WAS TO USE THE PROMO CARD? Why wouldn’t the current receptionist use her knowledge of recent promos to check my promo card BEFORE I got the massage??? So not only did I have to pay in full of 70some dollars, thinking it would only be 20, I’d have to pay an extra amount to even use the promo card in the future since I wouldn’t get the “new guest” price anymore for the next one since I had been in within 6 months. It was completely unprofessional, a scam, and I would never recommend massage envy to anyone. When I originally purchased, I came in looking to take advantage of the buy one get one massages that I was going to give as a gift for Christmas. The business owner here must really understand relaxation & supreme customer service because everything is perfect from the relaxation waiting room to the quiet & comfortable massage room!! The front desk staff is very helpful & accommodating. Both Briana & Ashley helped me over the phone & in person seamlessly. I was treated to a hot cup of green tea while I waited. The therapist I am so thankful to have found, Mack, is a healer with his hands. He really understands the body & deep tissue massage while providing a very de-stressing experience. I will be back monthly & wish I could afford to be back even more than that!! They also can accommodate special requests & groups.
