After having horrible lower back pain for the last 4 days and repeated interruptions in my sleep due to pain, I scheduled a massage this morning with Mary. She did an outstanding job! This was one of the top 5 best massages I’ve had in years. She was very attentive, applied appropriate pressure, checked-in often and adjusted with incredible precision. I immediately felt relief when the massage started, and throughout the entire day I still feel relief. This massage was a lifesaver, and I’ll be back soon for another. I’ve also heard a few of the other massage therapists here are just as outstanding. When I left, someone was singing the praises of a massage therapist by the name of Debra. So, I think they just have a very effective team at this Massage Envy!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been a member at this location for years. The front desk staff is always professional and courteous. I was even recently in the clinic when some entitled rich lady was in there complaining and they were so professional in handling her issues. And she was just a Karen who was refusing to wear a mask. In a global pandemic, you would think some people would be smart. Clearly, not the case for Karen.But the service and therapists are amazing, I will continue to use this location. I have been a member at this location for years. The front desk staff is always professional and courteous. I was even recently in the clinic when some entitled rich lady was in there complaining and they were so professional in handling her issues. And she was just a Karen who was refusing to wear a mask. Awful! Never sign up for one of their memberships. Once you try to cancel, you only have a short amount of time to use accumulated credits. When you try to book after canceling the membership, they want you to put a card back on file even though at this point there should be no money exchange when I have 15 credits. Front desk staff needs to be more knowledgeable. I also at one point received a 4 months worth of a bill because no one bothered to call and see why my credit card payment was not working. Total waste. I can also see the other negative reviews say similar things

Tiffany is fantastic!!! I have been seeing Tiffany for prenatal massages and she is the best I’ve had! After two days past my due date, I scheduled another appointment. Only a few hours later, I went into labor! Thanks for everything, Tiffany!! The rest of the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Massage was ok but this was my first time and I had a gift certificate. They didn’t tell me the certificate covered an extra until I was done. Said they were too busy when I arrived and someone should have told me. So I left out $15 of my gift!
