I had called at 10.45 and I got facial appointment at 11pm. I was there at 11.15 with traffic. I like Tory’s facial she does a great job. But this time I felt I was rushed and I got only less than 40 minutes for facial. It’s was suppose to be 60 minutes. I did ask the front lady about the timing but she told me I was late that’s why I got less time. At least they should have informed me about the time would be cutoff. I asked her would this time will be adjusted in my next facial appointment. She said no.

I have to be honest. The massages are good when you can get one. I’m on their monthly plan and can never get a massage. I accrued 10 massages between my wife and I. We just finally gave up, canceled our monthly service and lost all the massages we paid for.
