My mother signed up for a membership and was told she had credits for the massages she did not use when the Roswell East location closed down. The manager from the Roswell East by the name of Sarah told her she would take care of the issue and send it over to the Alpharetta location. When she went to this location she was given the run around and told that they needed to reach out to the other manager because they did not see any credits on her account. She has been to the location 5 times and no one seems to want to help. Very bad customer service. Someone from upper management needs to reach out asap.

I booked an appointment for my girlfriends birthday and they canceled and rescheduled the appointment and they said because of the inconvenience the session would be comped(free). When my girlfriend showed for the free session they told her the session wasn’t comped and still charged her full price. If I knew the session wasn’t comped I would’ve went somewhere else to book a session. Very dishonest, we won’t be using this company again.

Made an appointment for a Rapid Tension Relief. Showed up early to find a sign saying the location is closed due to a pipe bursting. Why did it allow me to make an appointment when the location is closed? Why did the answering machine not say the location was closed? Subpar management.

I didn’t want the hour massage to end! She was quiet during the massage which helped me to relax and gave some helpful tips at the end. Will definitely be booking with her again. Overall the staff created a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Took one star off only because my appointment was at 9, and at 8:58 when I arrived the therapists were waiting outside and the door was locked. I do not recommend this place at all. The place has a nice ambiance, but no massage experience at all. First of all, my session was 40 minutes long and I paid for 60 minutes. The massage therapist was talking loud to me while I was trying to relax. And I left with tones of oils on my body and wasted time and money.Thank you.

Was on May 3, 2022 for a massage. Very bad service at the reception. I was deceived. After the massage, they asked how I would pay. I said cash and paid the full amount in cash plus a tip. In the evening I saw that money was deducted from the card for this. I called twice and asked to sort it out and refund my money. but it’s been almost 3 weeks – they did not call back and do not return the money!
