Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMassage Envy is always awesome. Their communication is always on point in regards to scheduling. I always get a call the day before, even if it is to let me know my therapist will be unavailable (which is fine, life happens). Every therapist I’ve had over the past year has been super attentive to areas that need work and they’ve always made it a great experience. Most recently I had Sara (sp?) for a 1 hour session and she is awesome. She made it super comfortable and is very friendly. I highly recommend the Beaufort location. Massage Envy is always awesome. Their communication is always on point in regards to scheduling. I always get a call the day before, even if it is to let me know my therapist will be unavailable (which is fine, life happens). Every therapist I’ve had over the past year has been super attentive to areas that need work and they’ve always made it a great experience. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy last three massage appointments were cancelled within an hour of the appointment. Since I am on their monthly billing, that means that I have been paying for services for the last three months that I cannot get. I was offered a facial instead. I just had a facial two weeks ago because I couldn’t get a massage before. It’s almost like a bait and switch. I have a list of their services but can’t get them and they offer me a service I don’t want at a time when I’m working. When I did schedule a massage with someone else it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I have been trying to use up my credits for several months but cannot because the appointments are canceled. Since I am on their monthly billing, that means that I have been paying for services for the last three months that I cannot get. I was offered a facial instead. Sarah did such an amazing job, she communicated with me the whole time making sure pressure wasnt too much or too less. My massage was AMAZING!!! I signed up for a membership. My husband recently told be I should take more time for myself so what better than a massage once to twice a month!!! So may savings & coupons with the membership!I’ve already booked my next 2 with Sarah!!! I will 100% recommend them to all my friends!This was my first massage with them.
