Just got my 90 min appointment cancelled same day and this isn’t the first time this has happened. My hair dresser shared with me yesterday she had been cancelled on at this ME 3 different times. Add to this the extreme difficulty actually getting an appointment at this location and I’m very unsatisfied. I have kept my membership for several years and use it mostly at the location at Carolina Beach -which I love – as rarely do I have success getting appointments at this location. Management needs to work on staffing and customer service.

I have been going to Massage Envy every week for one year and it was a little bumpy at first. I see some reviews that were what I had experienced at first. But after talking with Rachel the manager about my concerns, she took care of all the issues and also hooked me up with a great therapist. Who then recommended others therapists that would fit my needs. I need massage for different medical issues so I needed a therapist that was experienced. I am very happy and satisfied with the services. The staff are very accommodating and the price is affordable.

Today I had my first professional massage ever- I had Terry and he was great. I had no clue what to expect but Terry went through it beforehand and even tried to gauge what level of pressure would be best since I was nervous. Loved the experience from the front staff who checked me in the the people who showed me the restroom in the hall!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The absolute worst! I tried to cancel my membership and got the runaround something fierce. On four occasions they promise to call me right back, but never once did they follow through on that promise. Additionally, they “couldn’t find” ten (10!) of my services in the system that I paid for. That is $650 they wanted to scam me out of, good thing I had a screenshot of my online profile ready to go. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs! It is so ironic that this is the place that I went to for stress relief only to have so much unnecessary stress that I had to deal with.
