for whatever reason I couldn’t schedule online appt (profile issue?) so I tried calling in order to catch an appointment in 1 1.2 hours. No one picked up the phone even thought I attempted to call back over and over again. quite literally missed the appointment due to horrible customer care. having worked in Customer care myself, there is never an excuse to leave a phone ringing on multiple attempts.

The worst massage I’ve ever had. Chaotic is the best way to describe the technic used by the therapist. She was all over the place, starting and stopping, applying way to much pressure to sensitive areas. My neck actually hurts from the experience and I have had a tension headache due to it.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismHad a great massage with Jocelyn today! That’s the only reason for the extra star. She was amazing. Found out after my massage that I had been misinformed by the person I had to spoken to the day before. I had been told that I had a credit on my account so my massage would be covered. After I finished my massage, I was told I had to pay. The manager stated that she couldn’t help me out even though her employee had told me the wrong thing…because the employee was new. I don’t think it’s professional to make a customer pay for an employee’s mistake. Eventually, they just took a credit from my mom’s account to pay for my service. (I was told I wouldn’t be able to return if I didn’t choose this option or pay up.) I wouldn’t return there even if I could, honestly. I had a massage this week with Tammy and my entire experience was amazing! The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming and Tammy made me feel so comfortable even before my massage. The massage itself was excellent. I had a lot of pain and she was able to help me relax and feel so much better and I feel amazing today. I will definitely be back and requesting Tammy!

Walter is the absolute best. Always was amazing with my services. Team all needs to be on one accord with communication but, from now reading the reviews I see that’s something they clearly lack. “Management” is laughable, super dismissive, & trying to cancel a “contract” that end but, doesn’t auto-renew lol is the most worsesome thing you’ll ever go through. Maybe it’s just this specific location but, it’s definitely not anywhere you want to do business.

Critical: QualityThis is the worst business ever!!!I was charged full price because I got sick during the day of my appointment. Due to me not feeling well, I accidentally slept through my appointment time. I actually slept until 9:00pm. I called Massage Envy the next day to explain my situation and they advised that a manager would call me back because they’re sure they can refund my money. I’m not sure if I spoke with an actual manager today but this person stressed the “policy” and the “therapist” need to get paid, and I should’ve canceled 24 hours in advance. Ok, well I “the customer” was sick and definitely didn’t plan on being sick the 24 hours prior. They refused to refund my money. I disconnected the call but I’m not going to stop here.
