This review is only for the front desk. They always mess my appointments and automatically change them from weekends to weekdays. When I schedule my appointment, I never get an email (earlier I used to) and the front desk have no clue. When I talked to them about this they are sarcastic about it and unhelpful. The front desk is rude, unprofessional and messed up. The therapists on the other hand are the best. Please fix this. I absolutely want to continue but the front desk has messed my appointments way too many times and I am now asked to pay a cancellation fine for an appointment I did not even make.

At this location I received the worst massage and facial in more than one occasion. A total waste of time and money and in top of that when you check out they expect you to tip on their terms which I found offensive after the terrible service I received. On my last visit the therapist showed up to the waiting room 10 minutes after my appointment time, gave me what she though to be a massage (IT WAS TERRIBLE) and ten minutes before the service was going to end she told me I only had 10 minutes left and asked me what I wanted in those ten minutes. Mind you! I specified when we started that I wanted a full body massage focusing mostly on my middle back which she only massage for three seconds. My last facial was another bad experience. I told the esthetician that I wanted extractions more than anything else and she told me that it wasn’t necessary because I didn’t have anything to extract, for real!? I did, and I could see it in a regular mirror with the lights off. I highly advise not to get the membership, you will be paying for a full year, just to receive the worst service of your life.

The room smelled like moldy towels or crayons, not very relaxing. My massage therapist was okay. This chain company clearly prioritizes profit over customer experience. This is why I usually opt for private owned spas, but was limited on time/availability. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t return.
