Absolutely furious with this company. I bought my girlfriend a $200 gift card for Christmas and because she waited until June to redeem the remaining balance, $40 in value dropped off because they claimed she waited too long to redeem it (3 MONTHS from her last visit!!!) So she ended up having to PAY $55 MORE DOLLARS!!! This the second time I’ve had an issue like this from this business. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A DOLLAR HERE. I will head to a Locally owned spa from now on.

Do not purchase a e-gift card from this organization via their website. The local office was not helpful, they give you a California number you leave a message and no one returns the call. E-card never received by intended recipient but I was charged immediately.

Had same issues as another reviewer with Jessica the manager. I was also told I could cancel with no issues when I signed up and when I tried to cancel it became an issue. I definitely will spread the word on how this location(and I’m sure the others) do(es) not want repeat customers or good things said about them. I will never use a Massage Envy again due to their poor customer service and how they lure people into their “memberships”. If this is how a company chooses to represent themselves then I will warn everyone to stay away and use the services of a company that cares about the customer and great recommendations for future clientele.

Critical: ProfessionalismI spoke with a “Sea” or “C” (not sure how one might spell that)- On Tuesday December 7th to rebook my appointment at the Mooresville NC branch. She informed me she’d be deducting 30 minutes from my account for the cancellation. Even though I rebooked. That wasn’t the reason I was upset- it was her tone and the manner she stated it more like “a matter of fact” attitude and she quickly spit out “I can send over the contract you signed if I’d like to read it?! The when I asked for a manager she informed me she was one. I was shocked. In all honesty I’ve been coming to the Mooresville NC location since 2015 and have never been charged a 30 min fee or been spoke to as if I ruined her whole plan for the day. I understand the rules she stated and it’s to cover her therapist but was rebooking with him for another day. When you speak to customers over the phone your tone of voice is all you have- so when she was rude and abrupt it was almost as if she didn’t clearly want my business anyways. I usually visit the Northlake location for my massages, but the Mooresville location happened to have a last minute opening for a facial on a Saturday, so I gave it a try! First of all, Karen is the absolute best. I’ve had quite a few facials, and let me just say, this is one of the best (if not THE best) I’ve ever had. Had a membership for over a year. Staff are great, seem to really care about what you are looking for, needing from your massage or facial. Have a variety of skincare products available. The atmosphere is so conducive to a relaxing mini “spa” day. Front desk staff are extremely courteous and very helpful. I would still have my membership but I got equal service at a better price somewhere else. Will still happily use some of their skincare products.
