I canceled my membership because of this location. Couldn’t get an appointment when I needed/wanted one and/or with the therapist I wanted. When I did get an appointment, they’d call me and ask me to reschedule. Really?! This happened for a year and a half. Nah. Not paying a monthly membership for a membership I couldn’t use.

Massage therapist are wonderful. I recommend a full body stretch for flexibility, and a 90 minute massage. Why 90 minutes? Because 30 is way too short, 60 is good but 90 is fabulous. Relax, nap and enjoy the experience. I’ve had either or and both, whether you choose both the same day or separate days you will enjoy the results.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHonestly, I do not want to even give this place one star. The girl manager there was very rude & an arrogrant person. I have never expeienced such poor customer service. I went in with a gift for a massage & also asked for a former gentleman that was a massage therapist there. She said he was no longer there & just openly put this employee down to myself & other clients there. So unprofessional. When you are going in a place to relax, feel peace & comfort – this was not a good atmosphere.In addition she talked like this in front of other clients there. I was so put off by her awful attitude – I left. I also was not the only one who left – a male & another female walked out behind me – both saying what a horrible atmosphere & the gentleman brought up a good point – if she talks about her employees & former employees like that – how does she talk about her customers & others? The atmosphere she presented was not peaceful – I will never go back to any massage envy because of this manager. I found another great place & much more professional -it’s farther to go but worth the drive.Honestly, I do not want to even give this place one star. My first impression: I’m really impressed by the clean facilities and relaxing, beautiful rooms. Even the bathroom is a nice experience! The receptionist are very professional, polite, and helpful.The level of service is phenomenal. Some of the massage therapists are better/more experienced than others, but you will always leave feeling rejuvenated. When I got a 60-min massage done by Ar’Mallorie I walked out feeling like I had brand new back. My flexibility was noticeably improved for months after just one session with her.

Very professional and they actually care about your overall health. My therapist was LaChristian. I’ve had many massages and my experience with her was by far the best. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and her skill is phenomenal! If you’re not familiar with a therapist, the private encounter can be a bit awkward. I was very comfortable in her presence and the communication was great. I highly recommend her.

Pleasing ambiance and very courteous staff. Also, great convenience to make massage more accessible. The big drawback is therapists can be very hit or miss with experience level and ability. Therapists have always been professional, but range widely in therapeutic knowledge and skills. Ask good questions before booking with a specific therapist to get the full view on who is providing your massage.
