She was professional, thorough, applied just the right amount of pressure and described in detail what she was doing each step of the way. My skin felt radiant afterwards. Called Sunday to check 2 gift cards balance. Charisma answered the phone as if I was bothering her. Well guess I was because she couldn’t tell me how much was on my gift cards. Immediately called another location, was greeted nicely, and quickly got the balance of my cards. Shame for this location as I am buying SEVERAL 50 dollar gift cards!

Predatory billing practices; impossible to cancel accounts; their admin errors charge us additional fees; refused to accept payment; continued to add charges for services not rendered. At this point we’d pay what we owe just for the peace of being out of business with them, but cannot get them to acknowledge that they are not going to continue charging us. This should be a crime. Don’t get involved with Massage Envy at any location.

I started my membership last year at this location and they’ve treated me like family ever since. The front staff is amazing and the estheticians are incredible! My father in-law receives a massage every month and he throughly enjoys every visit. Great investment!!!
