DON’T GO HERE!!!! What kind of good practice place take money repeatedly after you paid the entire membership on time and completely, now take more money after the pay in period, just because you haven’t used the sessions you already paid for fast enough? So they are double dipping and using our hard earned money unfairly and without any care. Once i complained they gave me a cancelation paperwork and say i now have to forfeit the sessions already paid just because i don’t want to get charged anymore. Don’t pay for a membership with this company because they don’t care and will continue to charge you even after cancelation.

They talked and tried to sell you their membership and products the entire time and when you do sign up for their membership, they try to continue selling you stuff. The worst part is when you cancel your membership with hours and hours of credits, they will delete them, and you will never be able to take advantage of what you’ve already paid, for I would truly do not suggest that you go to massage envy, and more importantly sign up for their membership program.

They were deceptive and manipulative. I was given a massage credit. When it came time to check out, they wouldn’t except the credit bc the account has 2 names and THEY put it under the wrong name. Even after showing them email and text proof that the credit was mine, they refused. The manager called later, only to tell me too bad. There’s nothing she can do and they already processed my credit card.

My actual massage was great. The sales team up front made blatant lies about how “my massage therapist was concerned and wanted me back within a few weeks and really wanted me to use their aromatherapy”, when there was NO time for my masseuse to even tell the front desk these things after I left the room. I was using a gift card and was not interested in a membership. I did not need to be pushed that much.

But they got to cancel on us and we were pushed out like the manager didn’t even care about us. Probably because we were not members. She offered nothing to us for the mistakes that occurred. And I see other scheduling reviews gone wrong on here would never recommend this place as the management is horrible. Feel bad for the therapist working there. With all the business Chick fil A gets, how is it they get it right 99.9% of the time. {I am exaggerating the 99.9%} Each visit for me my order is hot & correct. I’ve been getting massages for almost 20 years. I was impressed with the intake questions. I shared that I had fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis. When I actually got my massage, the gentleman used his hands and grabbed my arms and legs in fast repeated motions that was EXTREMELY painful. I winced once but he didn’t quit. People, private massage is the way to go. It’s not supposed to be that fast & grabby. Long sweeping motions with pressure that you can handle is where it’s at. You pay for what you get.

Facial by Cami. She helped me personalize my skin care better than I have ever experienced there and has experience with skincare for POC and it SHOWS. She even made sure not to break my bank and I appreciated that more than just being unsold into buying things I don’t need at the time and promises to give further suggestions as I need them in my coming visits.
