I booked a facial with Marina and it was absolutely wonderful. I have very sensitive skin and she made sure to treat it as such. I’ll definitely book with her again. Also, I’d recommend William for massages. I’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years. He’s the very best!!

Hopeless customer service. Hopefulness management. They had deep tissue therapist only but they said thier therapist would work with the pressure I like. When I went to appointment the therapist said she is strict deep tissue ” I hurt, I do not relax, I fix”. I said I don’t want this service and I should not be charged. They still charged me( not full price) and the management was unavailable to talk to me. I also didn’t get any message. It is good for once in a while but it is not a good place to be a member. I want to give them 0 for thier service.

No customer service or attempts for reconciliation when THEY have scheduled you incorrectly. So frustrated right now. If there are new employees that are not doing things correctly, they obviously don’t need to be flying solo yet. I’m a working mom that had childcare set up and was really looking forward to this. I now see why I know people canceling their memberships. I will not be back.

I wish I could give lesser than 1. The lady who did the facial was a joke. She just applied cream and wiped it off with a warm towel. Absolutely no facial massage. Even after being told to increase the pressure, she did not. How can anyone ignore the request by the client. Utter waste of my time and money. They did not even refund my credits.

I am a member at a different franchise but availability has been slim everywhere lately. This was the only one that had availability near me. I booked a 90 minute facial because I haven’t been in about 8 months and I wanted to use up my credits. Additionally, I wanted the 90 minutes because who wouldn’t? The esthetician asked me if there was a reason why I booked the 90 instead of the 60 and I told them I hadn’t been in so long and just wanted the extra relaxation. I was then asked if I would be okay with switching to a 60 minute facial and I asked why, they told me they weren’t feeling good and didn’t want to sneeze on me. Gee, thanks for the warning. The facial itself was okay and the staff was nice but I was not totally satisfied with my service and I won’t be returning here due to the lack of professionalism and consideration for the customers. If your esthetician is sick, have someone else do the service and don’t put the customer on the spot by asking them 5 minutes before the facial if they can change it.

This place is a good place to get massages but my mother in law had a plan subscription before covid and they closed the place and were still charging her card every single month went back a couple months later once they opened back up and told me there were going to cancel it and I said okay then months later they are still charging my card finally had enough and went again and finally a lady helped me and actually cancel it. Don’t give your card information they will keep charging you for no reason!!
