Obviously this crappo business cares about their lousy reviews just about as much as they care about everything else. Zip. Zilch. Nada! This place should be shut down by authorities. My next complaint will be to consumer protection. Continued to charge us for 2 years during COVID despite multiple attempts to stop auto drafts due to extended quarantine because of family risk factors. When they finally did stop, they provided no refund. To get any value from the thousands paid we had to stay on a minimum subscription and give away sessions in the form of gift certs for friends. Ridiculous. Dishonest. Extremely poor customer service! Incompetent. Stay away!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the worst place to ever go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I had a membership with them since January and never receive service since. My husband and I went in February only to be told to go home because we weren’t actually put in for an appointment. Contacted help team, no response. In April, my husband and I were supposed to get services for our anniversary but the morning of the appointment, we were told one therapist can not do the job due to injury. We booked this appointment 3 months before. We called, they did not offer another service the day of. They said they can only do next day which does not work for us. THEY DON’T CARE. Contacted help team again and told them I want my membership ended and my money back. They called me and offered same day service but I didn’t take it. They already told me they couldn’t provide same day service. They only offered because I want my money back. Customer service SUCKS and front desk people sound not happy assisting me on the phone. I was very upset and frustrated because that service was supposed to be a surprise gift for my husband on our first wedding anniversary. As of right now, I didn’t get my money back yet. The assistant regional director said he will let me know when it’s approved. I am not paying on a monthly basis with zero service. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. Will update this review when I hear from again. I’ll give them at least a week’s time.

Booked a massage two weeks in advance then the night before received a shady text about Alexander not able to keep appointment and had to cancel…said been sick and still feeling bad not coming in. If you been sick why wait til 6pm and I understand businesses have call outs but most have a backup system why text instead of calling, why so late in day??? After contacting them , Cassie rudely reminded me it is a holiday weekend ( it was going to be a holiday weekend the day the appointment was booked) ….To me it sounds like someone wanted to party not work.

This place has really gone down hill. Every time I find a therapist I like, they leave. Unfortunately, I’m stuck in a position where I can continue doing business with Massage Envy for a few more months or lose a lot of money I’ve spent on “credits.” Not a fun position to be in. And they do not care one bit. The management is smug and dismissive. Do NOT get yourself into a membership with Massage Envy, you’ll regret it.

I booked massages for an after work relax session for myself and my better half. I gave direction to my person that I sit at a computer all day and looking for just a relaxing session with a mild massage. Within the first 5 minutes, I was counting down to the end of the session. The massage ended up just concentrating on my neck and rubbing the same spots over and over for an hour. It was painful. I am sure you are asking yourself…well why didn’t I say anything? I should have. But I think of these folks as experts and I thought that my person felt something that needed to be worked out and who was I to question their expertise of the muscles?

The problem is that they communicate EXCEEDINGLY poorly and call you mere hours before your appointment to tell you that it isn’t happening. Very inconvenient if you’re the type to plan your schedule, after having set aside that time specifically for that purpose. If that wasn’t bad enough, they have a very disrespectful and careless attitude when calling. They actually by the time they talk to you you fill out paperworkThen you wait in a quiet room the massage therapist comes in ask questions. You go to the massage room get ready and it’s another 5 minutes. I think they only use about 40 minutes to do the massage 35-40 minutes.
