Do not get a membership here – absolute scam. I was pressured into signing up for a membership at the only massage I have been able to schedule back in October. Once you become a member, it is very difficult to schedule a massage as they never have appointments available. I regretfully signed a 6 month contract in October and have not been able to get out of the contract – they even continued to charge me after the 6 months were over. I moved more than 25 miles away from the location, and yet I was not told that that would have qualified me to break my contract. Additionally, when my 6 months were up in April and I emailed about cancelling, the manager replied and asked me to sign another form to cancel (why is the email request not enough??). However, her response went to my spam folder and I was charged again for May and June. Now that I am moving across the country, they claim that they have finally cancelled my membership (although I have read online about people continuing to be charged even after being told their membership is cancelled), but they have only given me 60 days to schedule my unused credit. If I have not been able to find ANY open appointments at this location over the last 8 months, in what world would I be able to find SEVEN open appointments over the next 60 days? Especially when I’m moving across the country this week?? They have refused to refund me for anything, including May and June, and also cannot direct me to a contact i can speak to at the corporate level.

This place is soooo great and welcoming!! for sure coming back for the hour long session. I just got my facial done with Audry and she was so lovely and the service was soothing. for Halloween they gave out gift baggies out and I met the manager Tara who had a cool vibe about her. overall 10/10 place!

The previous comment about this place being run by thieves is accurate. I purchased a gift card for an hour session as a Father’s Day gift for my hardworking selfless husband who does nothing for himself and everything for his children. He scheduled his appointment not understanding what Rue (the rude front desk person) meant about having any preferences since she didn’t specify. He arrived for his appointment but then said he wanted to reschedule since he wasn’t being offered what he wanted. They then charged the entire gift card for service that was not provided. I called and asked to speak to the manager and Rue declined my request, argued with me, and refused to tell me when the manager would be available. Horrible communication, client service, and ethics!

Experience at this location is never the same, unfortunately. I’ve had a great masseuse one visit, and the very next visit it’s the complete opposite. Even calling to book appointments is always different. Sometimes I speak with a friendly rep and sometimes I speak to someone who can’t be bothered that day. Will likely cancel my membership soon since all other locations always seem to be booked out months in advance (perhaps due to staffing).

Google should have that as an option.I told the massage therapist, virant?, medium to deep pressure and he just hurt me the whole time. I told him multiple times (7+times) “can you go lighter?”he said ok then did not change the pressure. He would also work on pressure points that shouldn’t be worked on with deep pressure. I believe it may have caused more injury to my right shoulder that was healing. I would never go back here. Not even worth my free gifted massage. Please do Not go if you don’t want to get injured. Go to the one at Renaissance parkway—the massage therapists there are experienced!!!!I also scheduled a massage and they put me down for the week after I had planned with the desk lady. Very dissatisfied with my experience here. I’ve been shopping around for a new massage place as my old personal masseuse moved out of town. My wife had several massages available at Massage Envy and recommended I use one of hers to see if I like the place.
