100% regret committing to this place. I won’t be back and will never recommend it to others. I treated myself to a year of facials but in doing so I apparently elected to receive phone calls to confirm appts from the grouchy, miserable people working there. I will NOT voluntarily spend money at a business who talks down to their clients and you talk so freaking fast I have no idea what you’re saying. Such a disappointing establishment!!!!! You’ll get my doctor’s excuse for cancellation.

I wish it was easier to get appointments. I also wished they could get my app to work but the employee said lots of people have issues with it. So I have to call anytime i need an appointment to go through my schedule and theirs. Boo.

Critical: Professionalismprobably the most unprofessional massage envy i’ve been to. very poor service in terms of massages. facials made me break out. told these people over and over after going 1 time, i was not satisfied with the service and wanted to cancel my membership. but they’re so money hungry they continue to call/email and harass me saying i need a doctors note saying i don’t need their facials (???? even my doctor is confused by this protocol) i’ve had the same conversation about 6 times and we’re still in the same spot. and hate to be rude but my 2 year old can give the same quality massage. in Texas the massage envy i went to was AMAZING! i’m so disappointed. The manager threatened me that if i dispute the charges that she had already charged me (when I called to cancel the appointment only few hours after making it, and 5 hours ahead of time) that she will BLOCK me from going and getting services from ANY MASSAGE ENVY locations. Very unprofessional and rude!!! The manager threatened me that if i dispute the charges that she had already charged me (when I called to cancel the appointment only few hours after making it, and 5 hours ahead of time) that she will BLOCK me from going and getting services from ANY MASSAGE ENVY locations. Her unprofessional /unethical manner had already made me not want to ever go to a massage envy place. These kind of people ruin names of big franchises and harm the business badly. Since freezing mine and my husband’s account we’ve had nothing but problems. His account wasn’t put on freeze and was charged 2 months for services. It took over a month to receive a refund and when we finally did it went back to a credit card and not our bank account. Both managers we’ve dealt with have been horrible and one hung up on me. Our massage therapist has been amazing and does a great job with our daughter.

The location is easy to find and it is in good shape and well maintained. The front desk staff are ok. They don’t seem to care if you’re there or not and don’t seem interested in what you truly have to say. The masseuse I saw was very courteous and professional. She truly knew what she was doing and resolved the issue I had with the knot in my back. Her name was Elizabeth and I highly recommend her for deep muscle massage.

Very poor experience. Made an appointment for 4pm, showed up at 3:50 to people that looked shocked I was there. I received a confirmation call the night before confirming the 4pm appointment. They moved my appointment the same day without telling me. They couldn’t find any therapist to take the appointment as I was sitting in the waiting room because they were all on break.

I cancelled 2 days before but the staff must have not cancelled it and I was charged with the last card that I tipped with at a prior appointment…This card WAS NOT my card on file for my membership. They saved it at some point and charged it without my permission. Be careful of their sketchy practices. The manager is unprofessional and unwilling to make it right knowing I had been a member for years and could see I have never missed an appointment. I never leave bad reviews but this location is pitiful.
