I was a member for several years. The staff was really good. Then suddenly everyone left. I had 9 massages built up and prepaid for at that time but couldn’t get in to see anyone with only two workers. I was given a set time to use the massages or they could no longer be used. They will not issue a refund! 4 years a member worth very little. Several workers switched to a nearby city but I can’t drive an out one way for a massage. So here I am out almost $600. Pay as you go please!

I must say this location is very clean and customer service is always 125%. Since coming back to massage envy, I was worried in finding anyone who will truly listen to my concerns and focus on my areas that needs attention. Gwendolyn has logged our conversation and has completed a number of session which focused on areas of my neck, shoulders and arms which have been going numb for awhile due to over working the muscles and pitching the nerves in those areas. She knows to got deep on the trigger points and applies the correct pressure when needed. There is a purpose to each session and she gives me a list of recommendation to continue to improve my results. Thanks

Peaceful atmosphere and a very relaxing massage. The staff was as friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back.

Critical: Communication, QualityFirst of all I walk in for my appointment and wasn’t even greeted. My massage was not worth the money at all. Amber seemed very slow moving and did not give a good massage that I would expect from a place like this. At the beginning I asked for deep and she said ok, but it was barely light. She never asked during if the pressure was good. Afterwards barely said two words. The front desk woman barely spoke too. Everyone just seems miserable to work there! Just not a very friendly environment at all.First of all I walk in for my appointment and wasn’t even greeted. My massage was not worth the money at all. I’ve been here several times over the last year and I’ve never had a bad experience. My last therapist moved onwards and upwards, so before she left, she recommended Alex. Her recommendation was absolutely wonderful! Alex is definitely a top tier therapist, and I look forward to my next session.

Positive: ProfessionalismLoooove! This is the second Massage Envy I have been to. Very relaxing atmosphere and professional staff. After the session I don’t feel tense, just relaxed and ready for a nap.

If you want a good massage – try Amy, she is the best one there ( if booked online she goes by Amanda). I tried many different places and many different massages – she is only one who does thorough job on my whole body. Make sure you add enhanced muscle therapy, when she will work focused on you problem zones, in my case my shoulders and around my shoulder blades. I feel so much better after sessions with her.

I went to Massage Envy and I saw Amy. I was very pleased. I was having severe sciatic issues. She worked on me for an hour. I felt like a new person when I came out. I have worked with my doctor to get it approved so that I can go monthly on my flex spending for 2016. I have recommended Massage Envy to my co-workers and friends. They are terrific. Very professional.

Thought I’d try them out because of the special, but it’s just not the type of place for me. I prefer somewhere cozy and warm, welcoming and personal.. I got there and had to fill out several pages of information on an iPad. There are pretty simple and to the point forms that other places use that would have been a bit quicker and easier to get through so, minor irritation. Then I met my masseuse in the back, and was walked down what felt like a doctors office hallway, after hours. After passing 4 or 5 open rooms, we get to my room which was set at a brisk 67 for a massage. I was grateful for the heating pad to lay on, and the sheets that felt and smelled clean, but they had stains on them which is a bit offputting. I had been hoping for a firmer, more therapeutic massage rather than a gentle relaxing massage… I got something in the middle which left me feeling like I needed to go get a massage still. So overall, not my cup of tea. I’m sure some of the people there are great, and I look forward to maybe finding a few out on their own in smaller, more personal practices, in the future.

I came here to relax and turn my brain off. Although my masseuse was very sweet and knew her stuff, she spoke to me majority of the time about all the things that I explained were stressing me out at the beginning of the massage. I did not want to be rude and advise to stop talking, but I was trying to be as polite as I could to sway the conversation away from my stresses. I don’t think I should have to deal with that during a massage that I paid almost $100 for. I also was VERY sore the next two days to the point where I could not move my neck. I hydrated (as directed) and took an Epsom salts bath, and I was in a great deal of pain the next day. The massage itself did not hurt me, but I am not sure what happened to cause me so much pain the next day. It was still somewhat of a pleasant experience. I enjoyed my feet and arms being rubbed … but again, some people just want some silence from their every day lives…. especially when they are scraping pennies just to get a massage. Not everyone can afford these luxuries on a regular basis and I feel like I wasted my money.
