Critical: QualityI transferred a deep tissue massage to my friend and it wasn’t no where near a deep tissue. Kathryn did more talking than massaging. The service was supposed to be 60 mins but this service lasted only 50 mins. I do not recommend Roanoke Massage Envy.

Although the staff was wonderful and the massage therapist I had did great I still feel the price is too high. I probably won’t go back due to the price. I can see a quality chiropractor and get a massage in one visit for the same price as one 30 minute visit at massage envy.

I had a massage there and I have been a couple of times. This time was the most I was shorted of my allowed hands on time. They say you get 50 min total for a ADVERTISED 60 min massage. My therapist came in at 830 my schedule appt time and started on me at 8:39 to be exact and stopped at 9:20. I dont think it was fair or good service at all to shorten someone time that they had to pay..My total when I checked out was not shorten so neither should my service. Very disappointed in that.
