Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have finally found my masseuse! I have gone to countless places and have always had a hard time finding someone with the right pressure, technique, aesthetics, etc.!Andrea is seriously amazing! And I have recommended her to all my friends. I feel she takes the time to listen to your needs and always does a great massage. I have finally found my masseuse! I have gone to countless places and have always had a hard time finding someone with the right pressure, technique, aesthetics, etc.!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI found a massage therapist that I loved but it started seeming like she had personal or health problems because she canceled on me within 24 hours three times. The last time she was unable to see me, I wasn’t even notified until I called the night before my noon massage and was told she was in the hospital (I called because I forgot how long my massage was booked for). I was offered another massage therapist around the same time for that next day. An hour before that massage I was contacted and told the therapist called out. I told the person on the phone that I wanted to end my contract due to all the last minute cancelations then I got an email stating that I was locked into the 12 month contract. I’ve just been charged the monthly fee today and am disputing it with my bank. I found a massage therapist that I loved but it started seeming like she had personal or health problems because she canceled on me within 24 hours three times. The last time she was unable to see me, I wasn’t even notified until I called the night before my noon massage and was told she was in the hospital (I called because I forgot how long my massage was booked for). The front desk staff did not clarify any of this information before I made the appointment and paid the fee. If the front desk staff was more knowledgeable and experienced about customer service and business transactions, I would rate otherwise, but my interactions with this location have been poor and I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE. The front desk staff did not clarify any of this information before I made the appointment and paid the fee. If the front desk staff was more knowledgeable and experienced about customer service and business transactions, I would rate otherwise, but my interactions with this location have been poor and I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE.
