Made an appointment online for a firm massage, I typically prefer deep, but decided to proceed with scheduling the appointment anyway. When I arrive the front desk attendant notified me that the staff member I booked an appointment with does not do firm, they only do medium to lght, but acknowledged that the website said they do firm. After I explained to the GM that I drove over an hour for a service that cannot be provided she was not willing to offer any alternative. Really, I drove over an hour here and the best you can do is offer to reschedule my appointment. I am convinced that like some of the other reviews have stated that friends and family are leaving 5 star reviews to bolster the rating, because all of the fault was on them and the GM did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Very poor customer service for a first time customer and good luck staying open treating paying customers like this. I would think a new franchise owner would go the extra mile to establish a customer base, but I guess they think they can just live off of the brands reputation.

Whatever you do, don’t sign up for a membership. They lock you into a 12 month term and won’t let you cancel if it’s not medical or relocation. This is despite having multiple issues every month trying to schedule the services I paid for because of their staffing issues. Also trying to even discuss cancelation took nearly a week of chasing down their absent manager. There needs to be an email or a form you can send in. I have had massage memberships at other places and I have never had the experience I had at this massage envy. On top of it, the massages are just ok. Definitely not worth the hassle of all of this.

I just want to say that this is the best Massage Envy I’ve ever worked for, kudos to John Preston the franchise owner, Erica and all the wonderful therapists and front desk associates that work there. They go above and beyond the call of duty, and I highly recommend this facility for all of your massage needs.

This clinic staff is very unprofessional. I walked in to book an appointment earlier this week and was not acknowledged until after the two front desk girls were done looking at their phones. Somebody in the office was talking about employees and family giving 5 star reviews because nobody else leaves them. I see why, because the service sucks. I recommend new staff

This location is by far the best, when I called to book my appointment the front desk associate that answered my call was so helpful and any question I had they were more than happy to answer them. When I came into get my massage I saw the therapist Tarsenna and that was the best massage I have ever had. Her energy and the pressure was immaculate. Needless to say that I got a membership and will be back every month.
